WHO WE ARE? R+D CENTRE Based 30 miles away from Barcelona city and Airport, Virtual- Fly s Research & Development Centre is located in a long traditional industrial area and cornered by several landing options as Barcelona-Sabadell Airclub (LELL), Igualada Aerodrom (LEIG), a private airstripe (LEMS) and a light sport airfield with 400m of concrete runway. SHOW ROOM There is a space inside the Research & Development Centre dedicated to show our last products where everybody is invited and welcomed. This show room is also used to demonstrate the management of the minimums necessaries for offering full motion flight simulators experiences to the mass public. FLIGHT SCHOOL AirCatFly is an aviation contract work & LSA flight school functioning together with Virtual-Fly in the same Corporate group. It operates Aeroprakt A22, Dynamic WT9, Tecnam P96 Golf and WWI biplane replicas for LSA licenses, advanced training, bush flying and flight tours. This collaboration allows Virtual-Fly a direct platform for product test and development. LSA AIRFIELD AirCatFly also manages and operates a local LSA Airfield with 400m concrete runway and platform; mogas fuel station, bar-restaurant, maintenance, 16 hangars, covered lunch area and children s area. Its located northwest from Barcelona city limit, 30 minutes away by motorway in the main crossroads between Mediterranean coast, Monegros desert and the Pyrenees. 41º 46' 46'' N / 01º 53' 32'' E. 4
EVOLUTION THE BEGINNINGS We started in 2004 as a national brand doing the research and development of our own systems for full motion flight simulators. During this time, we were able to learn, execute and modify the technology that we offer today as well as gaining the first customers. The result of the evolution of the different prototypes from SimVol-01 to SimVol-04 and later the OVO-04 can be easily appreciated below. In 2004, we designed and produced our first flight simulator device, SimVol-01. It had the full motion system underneath a cubic-shape cabin. In 2007 we made our first flight simulator cabin with the full motion system aside & inside the cabin itself, the SimVol-03. In 2009, we finished the Sim- Vol-04, with the re-designed exterior fiberglass shape but with the design on the flight panel and interior as in the previous model. 2011, after 7 years of Research and Development, we applied aeronautical interiors and full motion software improvements. The new OVO-04 was born and we were ready to delivery it worldwide. 5

ONTOP Learn from the right partner ONTOP is the SUPER DUTY solution made by Virtual-Fly for a side-by-side flight training experience. ONTOP is the flight simulator that allows customers to offer a reliable, durable, portable, versatile and cost-effective flight training. Customers can choose among the ANALOGUE (DUO M20J) cockpit or the DIGITAL (DU=O MG) simulating the glass-cockpit most common solutions like GNS or G1000. All ONTOPs with the digital cockpit allow users to fly both a single engine piston airplane (C172) and the twin engine (B58) The ONTOP comes ready to fly in its special re-usable packing with clear manuals and a remote control internet support service to optimize the operative capabilities of Virtual-Fly s technologies. ONTOP is made by three different blocks: motion platform, cockpit and visuals plus cabin. That makes possible its installation in any place with a more than 70cm. width door and so it is possible to handle it through lifts & elevators as well as reducing its installation and logistics costs. DESCRIPTION This is the analogue cockpit that is mounted on top of the ONTOP. This cockpit has all switches, controls and indicators required for a full VFR and IFR flight experience, simulating the Mooney M20J. CABIN DEFAULT EQUIPMENT Encoders: Pilot: Airspeed, attitude, QNH, VOR1, Gyro/HSI, heading, VOR2, ADF. Co-Pilot: Airspeed, attitude, QNH, Gyro/HSI, heading. Lights Panel: Beacon, Landing, Taxi, Nav., Strobe and Recogn. Switches: Stby. vac., alt. static air, fuel pump for left and right engine (2), pitot heat, prop sync., cowl flaps for left and right engine (2), flaps switch, parking break, clock timer, landing gear leveller. Elevator, rudder and aileron trim compensator wheels (3), panel lights, speed brake, carburettor heat for left & right engine (2), anti-ice for boot, prop., surface and wind shield (4). DESCRIPTION This is the digital cockpit that is mounted on top of the ONTOP. This cockpit has three digital screes: two PFD and one MFD in the middle along with its audio and autopilot panel, simulating the Beechcraft B58 although it can also fly the single piston engine Cessna C172.
