The towns of Coupar Angus and Blairgowrie have a range of useful local shops and professional services, including legal, banking and health services, as well as supermarkets and a variety of independent shops and restaurants. Perth and Dundee both provide a comprehensive range of high street shops and services. Orchard House is in an area renowned for its temperate climate and the fertile farmland of Strathmore. The Perthshire hills, the Angus Glens, Braemar and Royal Deeside, as well as the Cairngorms, are all an easy drive north, providing opportunities for walking, climbing, mountain biking and skiing. Pheasant and grouse shooting is widely available locally, and salmon and sea trout fishing are available locally on the Rivers Tay, Ericht and Isla. National Hunt racing and polo can both be enjoyed at the nearby racecourse at Scone. Both Glamis Castle and Scone Palace, two of Scotland s most important historic houses, are both within 15 miles. There are three golf courses at Blairgowrie (including a championship course), a further three courses at Alyth and Carnoustie, St Andrews and Gleneagles are all easily reached. In terms of education, there is a primary school in Burrelton and secondary schooling in Blairgowrie. In addition, there is an excellent selection of private schools within easy driving distance. These schools include Craigclowan, Kilgraston, Strathallan, Glenalmond College, St Leonards and Dundee High School. Description Orchard House was constructed in 2007 and is one of eight individual houses in a cul-de-sac. The traditional design includes an over porch with a pitched roof, slated roof and dormer windows. The fixtures and fittings are to a particularly high standard and include internal oak doors and a stone fireplace in the sitting room. It has a door to the garden and an integral door to the garage. The mid landing gives access to the master bedroom which has an en suite shower room. The family bathroom is also located here. It is tiled to dado height, has a Velux window and a WC, wash basin, bath and separate shower. Twin staircases lead to the upper floor where there are two further double rooms each with dormer windows. Outside There are gardens to the front, side and rear with planted beds, borders and patio areas. The Monobloc driveway gives access to a fully lined garage with a remote controlled roller door. It has power and light and an integral door to the utility room and a ladder to the floored attic.
