The perfect setting for any event With a unique combination of open parkland and indoor space the Norfolk Showground is the perfect setting to host a full range of meetings and events. From large scale fairs and trade shows, formal dinners and celebrations, to training workshops and business meetings, all set in 150 acres of landscaped parkland. The showground is conveniently located on the A47 west of Norwich, close to the A11 and only 20 minutes from Norwich rail station and the airport. There is unlimited parking. The Norfolk Showground is owned and managed by the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association (RNAA), a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting a better understanding of food, farming and the countryside. Our professional team has the experience of hosting hundreds of events and meetings every year. We can advise and support you throughout the planning process, whatever the scale of your event or meeting. NORFOLK SHOWGROUND ARENA The award-winning Norfolk Showground Arena is a bright and highly flexible indoor space suitable for a wide range of events, from exhibitions and concerts to formal dinners. Entering through the impressively spacious atrium, visitors are led through to the main Arena, an open expanse made up of an unobstructed 3000sqm of pillar-free floor space: a blank canvas adaptable to events from 400 to 4,000. The Arena offers drive-in vehicular access allowing easy transportation of heavy and bulky items. There is a three phase electrical supply, heating throughout and a range of lighting options to create the right atmosphere for any event. Wi-Fi and an integrated PA system are also available and water points and sinks can be installed if required.

ARENA & SPAN BUILDINGS Regular events at the Arena include antiques fairs, conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, balls and formal dinners. The Span Buildings lie beyond the Arena and can be used for events requiring larger floor space, extending the exhibition area of the Arena and providing everything you need under one roof. MACGREGOR BUILDING With large windows and attractive views over parkland, the light, purpose-built meeting rooms in the MacGregor Building make it the ideal space for meetings, workshops and training sessions. Comprising four modern, spacious meeting rooms with an abundance of natural light, this fully furnished venue offers a bright, attractive and practical meeting venue. Perfect for workshops requiring a number of rooms for syndicate groups, we can provide a range of furnishing options to suit the format and style of your meeting. The MacGregor Building provides everything you need to hold a successful business event - LCD projectors, screens, flip charts and free Wi-Fi are all available in addition to free parking for delegates. Depending on your requirements various catering options are also available, all of which are sourced from the finest local producers and can be organised at the time of your booking with our friendly events team.
