Storage Visions 2015 Exhibitor/Sponsor Briefing Event Locations: Conference Panels and General Sessions: the Riviera Hotel Convention Center, Las Vegas, Grande E Ballroom Exhibit, Meals, Breaks: Grande F-H Ballrooms (On the other side of the wall from the conference room) Press Room: Capri 103 (Southwest of the Exhibit area) Conference Registration will be inside the main entrance lobby to the Convention Center and West of the exhibit area A map of these locations can be seen on this web page: http://www.storagevisions.com/2015exmap.htm Exhibit Times: Conference attendees: Exhibits will be formally open January 4, 2015 from noon to 8:00 PM and January 5, 2015 from noon AM to 4:30 PM. Exhibits-only attendees: Exhibits will be open January 4, 2015 from 1:00-8:00 PM and January 5, 2015 from 1:00-4:30 PM. Exhibits-only registration is available on the web site and is free through December 26, 2014. At the door, Exhibits-only registration is $50. Note that conference attendees pass through the exhibit hall to get to the conference and that all the breaks, reception and lunch are in the exhibit area. Thus conference attendees will be in the exhibit area more often than the official exhibit times. This can facilitate maximum exposure of attendees to our exhibitors. Breakfasts and AM & PM breaks are scheduled in the exhibit hall. Luncheons on January 4 (Noon to 1:30 PM) and January 5 (Noon to 1:00 PM) are also in the exhibit hall. Lunch is for conference attendees and booth staff only. Conference attendees will have the opportunity to visit the booths at this time as well as during the breakfast, morning breaks, afternoon breaks and at the conference reception the evening of January 4. The conference reception will be held in the exhibit hall the evening of January 4 for both conference attendees and exhibit-only attendees. Awards and conference attendees raffle prizes will be given out during the reception. 3
Prizes will be given out at other times during the conference and recipients must be present to win. Super Small Lead Retrieval Scanner For Storage Visions 2015 Here s how it works Scanner This scanner is a small battery powered barcode reader, about the size of a keychain. Every person attending the conference completes a registration form. Then, our registration team enters the information from these forms, and provides a badge for the attendee. This badge also has a barcode, which uniquely identifies that attendee. During the show, your staff simply scans the badge of each person who visits your booth. Customized Demographics Optionally, we can provide you with a scan sheet, containing fourteen barcodes you can assign any of your products or services attendees can express interest in. You will scan each attendee s badge barcode first, then the barcodes from as many items on the scan sheet as you would like. These action codes are listed beneath each attendee on your list. Match your scanned product with a code assigned to a specific product, service, sales territory, follow-up timeline, etc. MS Excel Formatted File After the show, we will send you a file containing the full contact data from each scanned attendee s registration form, including Name, Title, Company, Address, Phone, Fax Number and E-mail address, in MS Excel format. The MS Excel Formatted File allows you to instantly import your scanned contacts into virtually any application for further analysis and/or processing, such as your contact management system or any word processor.
