Charges Charges are based on four zones; the zone for each stop is shown in the route tables above. For a full pass (i.e. 5 mornings and 5 evenings per week) the charges per term, by zone are: Zone Cost A 160 B 270 C 380 495 A full pass includes 5 days travel, morning and evening (10 journeys per week). Flexible travel plans are available, for example only certain days or pick-up only, with the above cost being reduced proportionally. Alternatively, tickets for one off journeys can be purchased individually or 10 at a time, from the College Reception or the Junior School Secretary. Conditions of use 1. Coaches generally operate on time every morning but there are occasions when they run late due to traffic congestion, weather conditions or mechanical problems. Parents and pupils should be aware that the coach will always turn up even if running late. If the coach is more than 30 minutes late then a call should be made to: York Pullman on 01904 622 992 or 07753 670 742; or Common Room Secretary on 01423 724 821 (mornings); or Master on uty on 07801 515 077 (evenings). 2. Parents should ensure that pupils are at their stops at least 5 minutes before the due departure time. Every effort will be made to ensure that coaches will not leave the stops before the published time but as coaches are not always able to wait safely at all bus stops shown on the timetable they may arrive and leave a minute or two early. 3. In the evening coaches may arrive at the drop-off stops ahead or after the published time depending on the number of pupils travelling and the prevailing traffic conditions. The school and bus operator reserve the right to exclude children from the coaches for misbehaviour, repeated failure to wear a seat belt where fitted, not having a pass in their possession, or not following any reasonable instruction by a school prefect or drivers. 6.
