Plan ut statins and games. Fr Reclgy, 6 statins (plus games) at each event seemed reasnable. Have a Rep at each lcatin plan ut the space t be used. Make lts f checklists! Fairs Can be Anytime and Anywhere Scheduled at the cnvenience f the emplyees, nt thse running the Fair. If emplyees started their jb at 4 AM, we were ut there arund 3 AM setting things up. If there were night-shift emplyees, we scheduled a Fair at the beginning f their shift, usually at 7 PM. Schedule Fairs that will reach the mst number f emplyees. Wrk with the help f the lcal General Manager and ROCC Rep. If indr space is an issue, cnsider utdrs rent a tent! Sme places required using cramped quarters.
