Family Beach Pool Villas are duplexes constructed of all natural and sustainably sourced materials. They provide generous personal space with their own garden, an exclusive plunge pool and direct access to the beach. They offer separate sleeping and living areas, with two bathrooms and two thickly cushioned teak day beds, separate vanities and a beautiful handcrafted wooden bathtub. Each villa has a mini wine cellar.
TWO BEDROOM HILL TOP POOL VILLA Located on the hill top with beautiful ocean views and a private pool. The Two Bedroom Hill Top Pool Villas are constructed of all natural and sustainably sourced materials, and feature plunge pools. They are facing the mountain ranges of Nha Trang whilst offering majestic views of the East Vietnam Sea. The elevated, openplan two-bedroom-villas feature a walk-in closet area and an en-suite bathroom with separate vanity areas and a hand-crafted wooden bath tub. The villas are located on the mountainside above the resort, at either end of the bay and accessible by private paths and stairs ensuring total privacy.
THE ROCK RETREAT The ultimate lifestyle villa set in a private bay over dramatic rock formations. Set at the water's edge on the rock formations of a private bay, this stunning cluster of pavilions face west to the setting sun. Access to the Villa is via a wooden private walkways set into the mountainside - a scenic twenty-minute walk from our main restaurant and bar, or by private boat. The private plunge pool blends naturally with the horizon and surrounding boulders. There are also wooden steps for direct sea access. Housed in individual pavilions are the living area, a dining sala, the spa treatment room and the master bedroom adjacent to an en-suite bathroom, which offers a handmade bathtub and steam shower. The Villa also has a second bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A dedicated GEM (Guest Experience Maker) is on call 24 hours a day.

The resort s newest and most spacious villa blends beautifully with the pristine jungle and granite environment of Ninh Van Bay. A cobblestone path leads to the villa, accessed by an off-road buggy or mountain bikes. TERMS The surcharge for extra bed in Beachfront Pool Villa is the following: Supplement of USD 40++ per night for two children below 12 years old Supplement of USD 70++ per night for two children (one below 12 years old and the other 12 years old or above) Rates are subject to 5 percent service charge and 10 percent taxes Family with all children above 12 years old is required to book a Family Beach Pool Villa or higher category Applicable year-round for Beachfront Pool Villa, Family Beach Pool Villa, Two Bedroom Hill Top Pool Villa, The Rock Retreat and Hill Top Reserve.
