Our social packages have been designed to cater for a variety of function styles and personal tastes. However we understand that one size does not fit all so please discuss your individual requirements with us we can then add additional extras to your special package. If you are booking outside of three months of your specific event date there will also be minimum spend requirements. What is the latest time my event can conclude? The hotel has a license for Noise and Alcohol until midnight; all events must conclude by this time. What beverages are included? Please contact your event manager for beverage package inclusions. Optional upgrades are available between packages. Are spirits available during my event? Spirits may be purchased on a Cash Bar basis or charged on consumption, they cannot be added to a beverage package. BYO beverages are not permitted. What time can I set up from? Please note access times are not able to be confirmed until one week prior to the event. Do you offer tailored packages? Our Event Managers would be happy to provide a tailored package based on your specific requirements. Do you have a minimum spend or minimum numbers for your function rooms? All function rooms at Pier One Sydney Harbour require a minimum spend and/or a minimum number of guests. Please feel free to contact our Event Manager to find out the relevant minimum numbers and spends for your preferred function room. What are the deposit & payment arrangements? Upon confirming your event with Pier One Sydney Harbour, we will issue a contract at which time you will have 3 days to sign and return with a 25% deposit. Full prepayment will be due 7 days prior to your private celebration. When can I come and see the function rooms?
