Walking to BMC Walking is a great way to stay healthy, help the environment and save money! Walking to BMC can help you keep fit and healthy. Both campuses benefit from good pedestrian links within the surrounding areas, which allows people to find their way to campus easily and safely. Cycling to BMC Cycling is fun and good for you, so get on your bike! Cycle facilities are provided at both campus; including cycle parking, lockers and changing facilities. Cycling is one of the most environmentally friendly and sustainable modes of travel as well as being fun and good for you. Cycling is a great way to exercise, it has a low impact on your joints and each two-mile trip can burn over 100 calories. Tips for safe cycling Be bright make sure drivers can see you. Wear brightly coloured clothing and use lights when cycling at night.
