Beachcomber is situated in the hugely popular seaside resort of Cleethorpes, the perfect place to enjoy traditional seaside family holidays. Some facilities and entertainment are only available on weekends during October and November. Our outdoor heated swimming pool is open late May to mid-september, weather permitting. Useful Information for your Holiday Stay Accommodation is available from 3pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on departure day, (unless stated otherwise on our price list). Bed Linen Full bed linen sets are included for the number of guests in your party, (as stated at the time of booking). Pets Pet friendly accommodation is available as an Economy 2 or 3 Bed and a Gold 3 Bed. Please specify at the time of booking - limited number of Holiday Homes available as pet friendly - 10 additional charge per animal. Security Deposit A security check in deposit of 25 is required upon check in. Pets will only be accepted if specified at the time of booking as you will be allocated to our pet friendly caravans only. The party shall be exactly as stated on the booking confirmation and NO accommodation will be let if the number of guests exceeds the berth of the Holiday Home. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN OF ANY AGE. Booking from groups of young people or clubs etc. may not be accepted. The party must be accompanied by a person who is 18 years or older. If we believe amy person is not suitable to continue the holiday because of unreasonable behaviour, damage to property or annoyance to other holiday makers, the accommodation will be repossessed. We reserve the right to refuse to hand over accommodation to any person who we believe is not suitable to take charge of it. You are obliged to leave the Holiday Home in a clean and tidy condition to which it is found. You are responsible for any damage caused or loss sustained during your stay. We reserve the right to enter any accommodation (without prior notice if this is not practical or possible) if special circumstances or emergencies arise (for example if repairs need to be carried out). Depending on the circumstances we will give as much notice to you as possible. We reserve the right to alter/amend any information herein; in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may offer alternative accommodation to that originally booked. We may alter or withdraw facilities or programmes of activities which have been previously available or advertised, without prior notice and where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. You are not permitted to bring your own Electric or Gas Heaters for use in our caravans. A non-refundable deposit of 40 per break/week, must be paid at the time of booking. The BALANCE WILL BE DUE 21 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If cancelled before 21 days prior to arrival any monies paid minus the deposit will be refunded, any cancellation after this will not be refunded.
