You cannot book over the phone. By sending a booking form you are not guaranteed until we confirm your place/s. We will get back to you as soon as possible noting the process cannot be fast tracked any other way we need time to evaluate all requests fairly. Confirmations will be notified via email within 24 hours on working days. You will then be sent a letter detailing your purchase with a deposit invoice outlining payment options and methods based on the terms outlined below, which cannot be altered. Payments and Insurance Discounts: All payments made are non-refundable we recommend Travel Insurance Flight Inclusive Tours & Packages require a 25% non-refundable deposit within 3 days of confirmation or they are auto cancelled. All your payments and stage payments are non-refundable so we recommend you take out Travel Insurance when booking. We offer both QBE and CHI Travel Insurance with a 15% discount offer when purchasing this event and purchased at the same time as your main package indicate on the booking form you want insurance. Name changes and other amendments after confirmation will involve amendment fees charged by carriers and suppliers. In addition EWT will charge amendment fees to alter bookings. Each alteration is $50 per time we have to reissue an invoice unless you are adding $500 or more travel components to that change.
