Star Arctic Hotel reserves the right to make changes to the excursions without prior notice. Star Arctic Hotel reserves the right to stop the excursions due to sudden change of weather conditions or by the dangerous behaviour of any participant. All excursions must be booked at the latest 24h before the starting time. All excursions are non-refundable and non-changeable inside 7 days prior to starting time. The driver of the snowmobile is held responsible for the damages caused to the snowmobile during the excursions. Insurance payment (own risk) for the snowmobile is 1000 / snowmobile. The driver of the Husky sledge is held responsible for the damages caused to the Husky dogs or the sledge during the excursions. Insurance payment (own risk) for any accident is 2000 / accident case.
