Please note there is a tiered pricing system to ensure the Festival is accessible to local as well as international. If you have no credit card, please see alternative payment methods listed on our website. 3. Currency We use the standard rate of 1 AUD = IDR 9,500 on all our calculations. Some figures may be rounded up or down to reach a clear base figure. For customers buying via Payment gateway trybooking.com, Australian Dollars are used and booking fee will be applicable. In person, customers can use Indonesian Rupiah. 5. Ticketing Policy ü We offer discounted rates for Resident, KITAS, KITAP and Social Budaya visa holders, which must be shown on entry to the event. ü Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds are not issued under any circumstance, except cancellation of event. ü Tickets are NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Tickets will not be exchanged.
