Cimarron Council, BSA Boy Scouts of America Cimarron Council BSA WRSR Cub Scout Spook-O-Ree 2016 Friday October 14 Saturday, October 15 2016 Will Rogers Scout Reservation (Cleveland, OK) What? -Come join Cub Scouts from across the council and be scared silly. The scariest time you will have all year but we guarantee you will have fun! Bring your ghost and goblins for a Halloween adventure. The whole family is welcome so don t leave anyone at home. Camp starts on Friday for those wishing to camp as family or pack. We will kick the weekend off with a campfire program after dark on Friday. On Saturday daytime activities include BB guns, archery, crafts, climbing, carnival games and much more. Once the sun goes down on Saturday we will have our closing program followed by the Spook Trail and Haunted House. After you survive you are free to go home or stay until Sunday morning (breakfast on Sunday is not provided). When?- Friday October 14 - Saturday October 15.Registration opens at 6:00pm on Friday. Gates into camp from the parking lot will be closed until this time. Camp programing starts Friday at 8:30 with campfire and cracker barrel and ends Saturday with the Spook Trail. Families and Packs are welcome to stay Saturday night but must provide their own breakfast on Sunday. Where?- Will Rogers Scout Reservation is located about 6.5 miles west of Cleveland, OK on the north side of Highway 64. From Highway 412, exit Cimarron Turnpike at Hallett, OK and proceed north on Highway 99. Will Rogers Scout Reservation is about 1 mile east of junction of Highway 99 and Highway 64. Cost?- $20 per person fee includes all program supplies and food on Saturday. Parents volunteering to work at a craft, the carnival or other areas will get a $10 discount if registered by October 7. Volunteers will work morning shift, afternoon shirt or carnival. Area coordinators will be contacting volunteers the week before spook-o-ree if not before. All participants registering after October 7 will be charged a late fee. Registration?- Complete and return registration form to Council Office by Friday, October 7 2016. All Campers (parents, registered scouts and siblings) must submit at check-in a copy of Parts A, B of the Annual Health and Medical Record that includes a pre-participation physical.
