Who we are Caacupe-mí is the first private port in Paraguay, founded in 1980, with 36 years of experience in the handling of vehicles, containers, and general cargo. From May 2011, Caacupe-mí Port entered into a new stage of its extended trajectory in the port business. In this new stage, Caacupe-mí has adopted a new policy of heavily investing in infrastructure, moreover, obtaining desirable land for container stacking, cranes, machinery, warehouses, implementing a specialized port operations information system, amongst others. In addition, we have also adopted a solid commercial policy, based on the practicality and agility which the maritime lines, feeder lines, importers and exporters demand. The objective of these strategies is to; enable Caacupe-mí Port to become a regional HUB for the commercialization and redistribution of cargo, which will boost and foster a new mega platform for commercial businesses, industries, amenities and services for Paraguay.

Quality Service The philosophy of Caacupe-mí Port s service is based on the foundation of offering the best service, taking advantage of its two main strategic locations, and combining it with the specific and specialized port information system, modern brand new container handling equipment (port cranes, reach stackers, amongst others), therefore, operating with efficiency, security and transparency.

Caacupe-mí / Asunción Caacupe-mí which is located in the city of Asuncion, minutes away from a densely populated area of Paraguay makes it a strategic location and port of preference for importers and exporters alike. At both Caacupe-mí ports, we offer complete services for land freight cargo. These facilities are very similar to those offered to river containerized cargo. We also offer efficient and expeditious operations in a secure parking bay dedicated to such operations, where the truck drivers have a common rest area with lavatories, showers, and a recreation area where they can comfortably spend time while their customs paperwork is being processed and released. Caacupe-mí / Pilar Caacupe-mí / Pilar, is the first and only private port in the city of Pilar, which has access to all the main cities in the country. Pilar is located 350 river kms south of Asuncion, and it is the last place which vessels/feeders can reach with their maximum cargo capacity (100%) even during the worst low water seasons. Its strategic location, also makes it the desired port of destination for cargo to/from the south, southeast, and east areas of the country. It is equipped with the essential infrastructure to operate and offer full services throughout the 365 days of the year. 50 hectares of land 1 Liebherr port crane (45t/32m)(80t/18m) 200 reefer plugs (with generator back up) 4 Reach stackers (all brand new) 4 New terminal tracto trailers 4 Fork lifts (3 & 8 ton) Navis N4 and SmartPort information systems Caacupe-mí Port / Pilar

Caacupe-mí Logistic Park Division / Asunción As part of Caacupe-mí s efforts to continually offer value added services to its customers, we have built the first NAVE (warehouse) within the Logistic Park Division (Asuncion). This first warehouse was built and equipped with the latest infrastructure and management technology. Some main advantages to Caacupe-mí customers are: Freight cost savings, as there is no freight cost to an external warehouse. Custom duties savings, customers only pay the customs duties for the merchandize they actually need to distribute. Value added services; taylor made for each customer s individual needs: storage, stock management, picking, labelling, etc. Caacupe-mí Logistic Park Division / Asunción

N4 and Smartport technology Puerto Caacupe-mí is the first port in Paraguay as well as South America to mutually implement, NAVIS N4 and Kalmar SmartPort systems. Puerto Caacupe-mí/Asuncion and Puerto Caacupe-mí/Pilar implemented Navis N4 and Kalmar SmartPort in 2014, to hasten customer service initiatives and achieve greater operational agility. Puerto Caacupe-mí selected N4 due to the systems flexibility to adapt to each and every customer s needs, and at the same time, achieve greater agility, efficiency and control in handling large cargo volumes. Furthermore, Asuncion and Pilar have implemented Kalmar SmartFleet, offering real time and historical data for remote equipment monitoring on all tracked assets, as well as Kalmar SmartMap, providing a terminal view of all main operations and Smartport technology. Together, Kalmar solutions have increased security and productivity within yard operations, improve the quality of information, reduce human error and enhance terminal truck operator efficiency. By implementing these SmartPort modules along with the N4 TOS, Asuncion and Pilar have improved efficiency on a large scale at the ports, achieved competitive advantages in the region and above all, provides a much better service to its customers.

Caacupe-mí/Villeta Asunción Puerto Caacupe-mí is in the process of expanding its operations to the Villeta area, where we are planning to build Caacupe-mí/Villeta. Caacupe-mí/Villeta, will operate with the identical standards as Caacupemí/Asuncion and Pilar with regards to cranes, machinery, equipment, and the Navis N4 information system. In addition to the port operations, Caacupe-mí/Villeta will also have a logistic park within the terminal, very similar to the one which is at present in full operation in Caacupe-mí/Asuncion, in the first phase, a fully equipped state of the art warehouse will be added. Villeta Pilar Asunción Villeta Paraguay With Caacupe-mí/Villeta, Puerto Caacupemí will be the only port conglomerate to be geographically located in all three premium port operational zones within Paraguay, which are Asuncion, Villeta, and Pilar, offering our customers the Caacupe-mí quality service level, and with the choice of location based on their geographical preference or convenience.
