Rocky Top Sports World HEADS UP CONCUSSION ACTION PLAN IF YOU SUSPECT THAT AN ATHLETE HAS A CONCUSSION, YOU SHOULD TAKE TAKE THE FOLLOWING STEPS: CONCUSSION SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS 1. Remove the athlete from play. 2. Ensure that the athlete is evaluated by a health care professional experienced in evaluating for concussion. Do not try to judge the seriousness of the injury yourself. 3. Inform the athlete s parents or guardians about the possible concussion and give them the fact sheet on concussion. 4. Keep the athlete out of play the day of the injury. An athlete should only return to play with permission from a health care professional, who is experienced in evaluating for concussion. IT S BETTER TO MISS ONE GAME THAN THE WHOLE SEASON. Rocky Top Sports World and LeConte Medical Center abide by the Tennessee Sports Concussion Law guidelines, effective April 2013. Athletes who experience one or more of the signs and symptoms listed below after a bump, blow, or jolt to the head or body may have a concussion. Facility Policies & Procedures Admission An admission fee may be charged to gain entrance to the competition fields or courts at Rocky Top Sports World. Admission prices vary depending upon event. Please contact the tournament director for individual tickets or weekend pass information. Please be prepared to pay cash for admissions. Attire Proper attire is required at all times at Rocky Top Sports World. Footwear is required at all times. Anyone with inappropriate or explicit clothing will be asked to leave the premises. Cash or Credit Rocky Top Sports World accepts cash, credit or debit at Champs Grill, The Trophy Room and most food and merchandise locations. We do have an ATM on-site for your convenience - fees may apply. Conduct Policy Athletes, spectators and guests are expected to set a superior example of sportsmanship and respect of others on the premises. Abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated. Physical violence of any kind will result in immediate removal from the venue. Spectators are not allowed on the court or field of play. Individuals in violation of the conduct policy may be asked to leave. Filming and Photography Professional team and individual photography services are available at our venue. Visit our website for further details. Your presence and participation at Rocky Top Sports World events serves as consent to use your image for promotional purposes. Fireworks Absolutely no fireworks are permitted anywhere on property or adjacent areas unless part of a fireworks exhibit organized and conducted by Legends. Handicap Facilities Handicap parking and facilities are available at Rocky Top Sports World. Limited access is available at Fields 5, 6 & 7. Please contact Rocky Top Sports World for further information.

Heaters Propane heaters are prohibited on turf surfaces. Lawn Chairs Lawn and/or camping chairs are not permitted inside The Rock. Bleacher seating is available. Stadium seating is permitted in bleachers. These chairs are permitted on all exterior fields. Lost and Found Rocky Top Sports World is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. All guests are encouraged to leave valuables at home and or lock personal items in vehicle when attending events at the venue. Rocky Top Sports World Lost and Found is located at the Ripley s Registration Desk at The Rock. Medical Assistance Rocky Top Sports World and LeConte Medical Center have partnered to provide training and medical services at the complex. Athletes, spectators and guests should notify facility or training personnel for all injury or emergency medical situations. If an injury occurs on the field, our experienced staff will notify a trainer for assessment and care. The LeConte Medical Center Training Room is located at The Rock to the right side of the gym entrance. Merchandise Vendors Approved outside vendors must contact Rocky Top Sports World and event planners to coordinate drop-off and set-up times. Outside Food and Beverage Guests will not be permitted to bring coolers, outside food and drink or glass containers into Rocky Top Sports World. Gatorade is provided for all players for non-collegiate events. NO GUM is allowed due to the hardwood court and turf surfaces. Parking Ample parking is available at the venue. No parking will be allowed on grassed areas, streets or thoroughfares. No parking signs must be observed. Violators may be towed at the owner s expense. No overnight parking is permitted. Parking fees may be charged for some events. Pet Policy With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted at Rocky Top Sports World.

Registration and check-in Tournament or camp directors will advise coaches on registration times, team check-in, and welcome packet pick-up. Please complete the Rocky Top Sports World team or individual waiver form prior to your arrival. Skateboarding Skateboarding, scooters, wheelies, hoverboards, or skates are not permitted at Rocky Top Sports World. Solicitation Only Rocky Top Sports World sponsors will be allowed to distribute or circulate commercial advertisements at the complex. Strollers and Changing Stations Stollers are permitted at Rocky Top Sports World. Changing stations are available in both men s and women s restrooms on the first floor of The Rock. Temperature Policy For Rocky Top Sports World organized events, TSSAA heat and temperature guidelines are followed. Tent Policy Rocky Top Sports World guests are permitted to use pop-up tents in bleacher or sidewalk areas. Tents must be safely secured. Absolutely no staking permitted on turf surfaces. Guests will be expected to remove tents due to inclement or windy weather. Tobacco and Vaping The Rock is strictly a non-smoking facility. No smoking or other use of tobacco products including, pipes, cigars, cigarettes, or chewing tobacco is permitted in any part of the competition fields and courts. Vaping is not permitted. Weather Policy In the event of lightning or other severe weather conditions, competition will be stopped at outdoor venues and guests will be directed by announcements and Rocky Top Sports World staff to secure zones until it is safe to resume play. Please refer to event information on specific inclement weather policies for your tournament.

Driving Directions From I-40 East: If your event is scheduled to begin during peak travel times, please consider using option A or B for your travel route. Option C will provide easy access to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions. (Option A) Take Exit 432A towards Sevierville. Turn right onto W Highway 25/70 towards Sevierville. Turn left onto Highway 411. Turn left onto Old Newport Highway (416). Turn left onto Pittman Center Road. Turn right onto E. Parkway/US-321. Rocky Top Sports World is located approximately two miles ahead on the right. (Option B) Merge onto US-321S/TN -32 via Exit 435 toward Newport/Gatlinburg. Turn slight right onto Wilton Springs Road/US-321/TN-73/TN-32. Turn right onto Hooper Hwy/US-321S/TN-73. Continue to follow US-321S/TN 73. Turn right onto Sports World Blvd. Rocky Top Sports World is located at 1870 Sports World Blvd. (Option C) Take Exit 407/TN 66 toward Gatlinburg/Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. Merge right onto Winfield Dunn Parkway/TN 66 toward Gatlinburg. Stay straight onto Forks of the River Pkwy/US-441S/TN-71. Turn slight Right onto Parkway/US-441S/TN-71. Travel into Gatlinburg. Turn sharp left at Light #3, travel approximately 4.2 miles. Rocky Top Sports World is located on the left at 1870 Sports World Blvd. From I-81 South: If your event is scheduled to begin during peak travel times, please consider using option A or B for your travel route. Option C will provide easy access to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions. (Option A) Merge onto I-40 E via Exit 1A on the left toward Asheville. Merge onto US-321S/TN-32 via Exit 435 toward Newport/Gatlinburg. Turn slight right onto Wilton Springs Road/US-321/TN-73/TN-32. Turn right onto Hooper Hwy/US-321 S/TN-73. Continue to follow US-321S/TN-73. Turn right onto Sports World Blvd. Rocky Top Sports World is located at 1870 Sports World Blvd. (Option B) Take Exit 432A towards Sevierville.
