Itinerary: Day 1 Meet up at London s Gatwick Airport, South Terminal where a representative from Sweet Chariot will assist you with your group check in for your direct flight to Toronto, Canada. On landing in Toronto and clearing customs, you will be met by our local representative and transferred by coach to your Toronto accommodation. You will be based for the first 3 nights of your tour on a B&B basis, in the local University Halls of Residence. The rest of the evening will be free at leisure to get your bearings in Toronto and adjust to your new surroundings, after the flight. Day 2 After breakfast, you will have a free day to explore Toronto, with perhaps a trip up the CN Tower or to the Skydome (the home of the Toronto Bluejays); a training venue can be arranged for today, should you wish to stretch the legs. Day 3 After breakfast, enjoy a further free day in Toronto with your coach and driver before transferring in the late afternoon to your: Match 1 v Local Rugby Side After the game, enjoy post match hospitality before returning to your accommodation.
Day 4 After checking out of your rooms, enjoy a full day s excursion at Canada s Wonderland before moving on to the Oshawa area where you will meet up with your first set of hosts who will look after you for the next 2 nights. Day 5 After a free morning with your hosts, coach and driver, you will have your: Match 2 v Host Rugby Side. After the game, there will be some post-match hospitality and at a time to suit, you will be taken home by your hosts. Day 6 After saying goodbye to your hosts, head out to the Waterloo area, where you will meet up with your second and final set of hosts who will look after you for a further 2 nights. Day 7 After a free morning exploring the local area, with your hosts, coach and driver, you will have your: Match 3 v Host Rugby Side After the game, there will be some time to enjoy some post-match hospitality with your opponents and at a time to suit, you will be taken home by your hosts.
Day 8 After saying goodbye to your hosts, transfer to the Six Nations area to explore the history of the indigenous Red Indian population, before continuing on to Hamilton area, where you will spend the next three nights in a local 3* hotel on a B&B basis. Once you have check in, explore your local area and enjoy a meal locally (own expense). Day 9 This morning, after breakfast board your coach and make your way to the fantastic Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum for a morning exploring these magnificent machines. After lunch (own expense) re join your coach and make your way to your final fixture of the tour: Match 4 v Local Rugby Side After the match, enjoy some post match hospitality with your opposition before, at a time to suit, returning to your hotel. Day 10 Today, after breakfast, enjoy a free day exploring Toronto city centre.
Day 11 After breakfast, check out of your rooms and spend this morning exploring the local area, including a trip on the Hornblower a fantastic cruise to the base of the awesome Niagara Falls (poncho provided). At the end of the day, you will be transferred back to Toronto airport for your return, overnight flight to London Day 12 where on arrival into London s Gatwick Airport, you will need to clear customs and head off home for some well deserved R&R.
