The company Stim Import has manufactured personal protective equipment since 1986. Our company employs over 70 sewers (possibility to increase the number of workers by over 200%). We specialize in the production of working clothes as well as winter insoles for overalls. We have four embroidery machines (one of which is of the new generation, with table lowering), three stitching machines (automatic stitching), one of which is computerized, of the latest generation, the CAD system, Gerber GTXL cutter and spreader, over 100 sewing machines, as well as newly built facilities of 3000m2. Trayal was founded in 1889. It has 940 employees and is composed of four factories: Protective Devices Factory Factory for Explosives and Pyrotechnics Factory for Truck and Industrial Tires Factory for Two-wheel Vehicles Tires and Inner tubes. Protective devices factory produces assets for individual and collective protection, protective masks for military and civilian use, respirators, special clothes for NBC protection, air filters, ventilation tubes for coal mines, protective gloves, water tanks, activated carbon... The factory is certified according to ISO Standard 9001:2008 and the process of introduction of standards ISO TS 16949 and ISO 9001:2015 is in progress. Filters for individual protection are certified according to the standards EN 14387 and EN 143 and the latex gloves in accordance with EN 388. Codification of protective devices has been made in accordance with the NATO requirements.
