Day One: Sunday, March 24 Depart Atlanta on Delta at 5:50 pm on an overnight flight (with lay over in Frankfurt) to Thessaloniki, Greece. Arrive 2:50 PM Overnight and base camp at Le Palace Art Hotel Day Two: Monday, March 25 Arrive in Thessaloniki for a panoramic tour of the city en-route to the hotel for dinner. Overnight in Thessaloniki. Day Three: Tuesday, March 26 Visit Kavala, Philippi, Krinides, St. George's Basilica, Old City Ramparts, Galerius Arch, St. Sophia and St. Demetrios. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight in Thessaloniki.
Day Four: Wednesday, March 27 Thessaloniki visits including the Triumphant Arch of Galerius, the Rotunda, the Monastery of Vlattadon, and the Agora. Afternoon visit to Berea (Veria) to see Paul s Bema, Return to Thessaloniki for dinner and overnight. Day Five: Thursday, March 28 Wake and take the train (4-5 hrs) to Athens. City tour, including Mars Hill and Acropolis. Dinner and overnight in Athens (Athens Avenue Hotel) Day Six: Friday, March 29 Depart on a Greek Island Cruise (Celestyal Cruises) to the island of Mykonos. Sleep on cruise ship.
Day Seven: Saturday, March 30 Wake in port. Visit ruins of Ephesus; return to ship; travel to Patmos to see the Monastery of St. John. Overnight on Ship. Day Eight: Sunday, March 31 Crete, Santorini and Fira. Dinner and overnight on your cruise ship. Day Nine: Monday, April 1 Disembark ship and travel to the ruins of Corinth, agora, Fountain of Peirene, and Temple of Apollo. Return to Athens hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day Ten: Tuesday, April 2 Day of leisure in Athens for individual and/or small group reflections, visits and exploration. Day Eleven: Wednesday, April 3 Depart Athens airport at 6:30 am to return to Atlanta by 2:30 pm on April 3.
