You will receive a warm and friendly welcome from this fascinating island, with its wonderful beaches and clear blue seas. The Venue, Atlantica Miramare Beach Hotel 4+* is the perfect destination for those who seek excellent standards of accommodation. Is situated on the coastline of Limassol in the heart of the tourist area of the city, amongst a variety of well-known attractions, shops and restaurants. The Hotel is centrally located on the southern coast of Cyprus, overlooking the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea and is ideal for those wanting to enjoy the beach and discover Limassol and its surroundings. (https://www.atlanticahotels.com/hotels/atlantica-miramare-beach-hotel) 3. City of the Meeting Limassol (Lemesos) has a population reaching 150.000 inhabitants. The city has progressed into one of the greatest commercial ports in the Mediterranean, as well as one of the most important maritime, tourist, commercial and service centre in the wider region. The skyline of Limassol has left behind very little evidence of its historical past and given way instead to a modern, cosmopolitan appearance. However, the protected ancient monuments of the city hand over a rich trail of artefacts and mythical stories. Limassol Medieval Castle, The Amathus Ruins and the carob mill are a few of the beautiful sights worth visiting. Very near to the city at Kolossi Village is the castle used to be the regional Headquarter of the Knight Templars during their Crusades, known as the Grand Commanderie. The name of the Castle was given later to the well-known Cypriot sweet wine Commandaria (http://revecca.com/?page_id=105) Limassol has always been a popular tourist destination, combining an organized coast with clear waters and wonderful hotels and generally a well-organized tourist infrastructure. The city is 40 minutes away from both Paphos and Larnaca international airports. (http://www.limassolmunicipal.com.cy/index_en.html)
