INTERNATIONAL BAGGAGE RESTRICTIONS Your baggage allowance can make a difference to your journey and ensure safety and comfort. As you will not have access to your checked baggage during your flight, we advise that you carry any medication, your travel documents and valuables in your carry-on luggage, which cannot exceed 7kg per person. Vietnam Airlines maximum weight of checked-in luggage is 20kg per economy class per passenger. Singapore Airlines maximum weight of checked-in luggage is 30kg per economy class per passenger. Business class is maximum weight 40kg per piece, per passenger. QANTAS maximum weight of checked-in luggage is 23kg per economy class per passenger. Amway suggests that you adhere to thesee rules to avoid paying excess baggage charges. For easy identification, it is imperative that all items of baggage are tagged with the baggage tags that will be sent to you with your final documentation. Untagged baggage will be considered unacceptable for handling by our ground staff and will not be delivered to your room.

You MUST check in for your flight a minimum of 2 hours prior to departure. Also note that items such as nail scissors, metal nail files, liquids exceeding 100mls and cigarette lighters will be confiscated should they be found in your carry-on luggage. Arrival into Vietnam For details on the airport and facilities available please go to: http://www.hochiminhcityairport.com/ PASSPORTS AND VISAS You are required to have a minimum of 6 months validity on your passport from the date of your re-entry into Australia and New Zealand in order to travel overseas. Please ensure your passport has the minimum validity period and is in good condition prior to leaving Australia or New Zealand. You must have a machine-readable passport to enter Vietnam. A machine-readable passport has certain biographical data entered on the data page in accordance with international standards. A key feature is the two lines of printed machine-readable data that appear at the bottom of the page. Australian passports issued in Australia from 2006 onwards comply with requirements for biometric passports. Travellers should contact their country's passport issuing agency or authority if they have any doubts related to whether their passport is machine-readable. Below is an example of an Australian machine-readable passport. A Visa for entry into Vietnam is compulsory for this business seminar. Please note that there are charges attached to the use of some services that will be added to your room account. TRAVEL ADAPTORS The power supply throughout Vietnam is 220/240 volts. There are three main types of outlets in Vietnam: flat blade plug, two round pins, and two parallel flat pins with ground pin. If you intend to bring electrical appliances that do not comply with the above standard it would be advisable to bring your own adaptor. These are available at major department stores and Airport Duty Free outlets. PROGRAM INFORMATION MOBILE PHONES If you need to provide family members with contact details while you are away please give them the hotel details located in the accommodation section of this document. Alternatively you can access your voicemail messages from a landline telephone, however this can be expensive. Please speak with your mobile service provider prior to travelling to Vietnam to include global roaming for retrieving your voicemail messages. Alternatively you can set up a Skype account. DRESS CODE The dress code for Achievers in Vietnam is smart casual. Please refer to the event program for dinner attire. CLIMATE The daytime temperature is an average maximum of 34º C with the average night-time temperaturee at 23º C AGENDA FOOD & BEVERAGE All meals during Achievers Vietnam will be provided, from the first to the last meal during the official program. We will endeavour to assist with all special dietary requests. Please include any dietary requirements on your registration form and identify yourself to service staff onsite. ATM ACCESS There is an ATM cash point within the hotel. ATM s may vary on cash limits within Vietnam. GRATUITIES Tips and gratuities have been included in the official program for all ground transfers, meals,, tours and hotel activities throughout the program. Outside of the program, tips are not included.

This card will be used for any of the abovementioned items charged by you which are not included in the registration package. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY I, the undersigned, will be attending Amway Achievers in Vietnam from 18 22 March 2014 ( the program ) which is being held by Amway of Australia and/or Amway of New Zealand ( the Company ) in connection with my status as an Independent Business Owner ( IBO ) of the Company. I consent to participate in the program and acknowledge that any activity forming part of and/or connected to the program may involve risk of serious injury or death, including losses which may result not only from my own actions, inactions or negligence, but also from the actions, inactions or negligence of others, or the condition of the facilities where the program is being held.. I acknowledge and fully appreciate and understand the risks inherent in the activities referred to above and my participation therein. I hereby voluntarily and willingly assume full and complete responsibility for all losses, expenses and damages of whatever nature which I may suffer, including property damage, injury, illness or death, resulting from my transportation to and from the program, my participation in the program and/or my stay in Vietnam during the course of, or outside of, the hours of the program. I agree that I am financially responsible for any losses, expenses or damages resulting from such activity. In consideration for the Company allowing me to participate in the program, to the greatest extent permitted by law I hereby waive all claims or causes of action I have or may have in the future against the Company, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents and release all such entities and individuals from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense, injury or death that I may suffer as a result of my participation in the program. I further indemnify all such entities and individuals against any claims of whatever nature which may be brought against them by any third party ( including but not limited to my next of kin) arising out of and/or in connection with my participation in the program, including but not limited to any claims for any property damage, loss or personal injury to any such third party. I further acknowledge that the Company has encouraged me to obtain travel and/or medical insurance for the duration of my participation in the program, and that all responsibility (financial or otherwise) associated with my failure to obtain such insurance lies with me. My registration form confirms my understanding and agreement to comply with this Limitation of Liability and Indemnity.
