The cottage location is excellent! Less than 5 minute walk to our community pool and bath house located at beach access. Home has been completely remodeled with hardwood floors and granite or marble counters. Home is equipped with wifi, HD TV with DVR, DVDs and stereo/cd system. This 3 bedroom cottage sleeps eight by utilizing the queen sleeper in the family room. There are 2 full baths. Master bedroom equipped with comfortable queen bed overlooks the woods and opens onto the deck and has an adjoining bath - also has TV with DVD. Second bedroom has queen bed with TV/DVD also. Third bedroom has two twins with TV/DVD. Living Room /dinning room open area has large dinning table and seating area with fireplace and HD TV with DVR. There is also an open family room with queen sofa sleeper with screen available for some sleeping privacy if needed. Family Room opens onto screened porch which has a wicker seating group for your enjoyment to watch the Kiawah
wildlife or read a good book. The modern kitchen with granite counter is fully equipped with ceramic top stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, pantry for groceries, drip coffee maker, disposal, toaster, microwave, etc. and all the kitchen utensils you will need. There is separate laundry room with full size washer & dryer. There is a wrap around deck on the side and front of the cottage. Side deck has wrought iron patio table and chairs and lounge chairs with gas grill making a perfect setting for meals and relaxing. Front deck/porch has swing which is so nice to relax on and all the kids and grandkids love the porch swing. There is even a gate located at entrance to front deck/porch for your kids or pets safety. Outside shower is also available for your use. There is sheltered parking for 2 vehicles under the home. The cottage has central heat and air conditioning and there are also plantation ceiling fans in all the rooms. Linens and beach towels and chairs are provided. Provide for Children: High Chair, Pack & Play with sheets, bed rail. For your pleasure and ours, our cottage is a no smoking home. If a guest is staying with us for less than 7 days an additional cleaning fee of $100 is charged. Deposit of half of the rental is required in 7 days in order to confirm the rental.
