Epic Waters is a large scale amusement attraction on par with the most celebrated indoor waterparks in America. The recently announced pricing for this venue are market driven with considerable discount offered to the residents of Grand Prairie. I think there are a couple important points to consider. First, the current posted pricing structure are our "retail rates" whereas throughout the year additional discounted rates and special resident programs will be announced as we get closer to opening. We will also be working on programs to enrich the lives of the youth in all areas of the city. Secondly, when considering our facility against the other similar regional attractions our annual passes are for over 330 days of use whereas our closest competitor that offers "seasonal passes" has a 110 day operating season. If you compare our summer season passes to these facilities you will find that the Grand Prairie resident rate is better than you can get at regional facilities with similar attractions.
