Problems that exist in Cienfuegos Art galleries are rarely visited by publics who are not specialized.
WORK PREMISES Use of alternative spaces (they became formative spaces). Implementing inter and transdisciplinary processes. Designing integrating actions (different ministries, micropolitics and communities). To bring about the citizen participation.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE Increasing the social reception of Visual Arts and revitalize authoctonous cultural values of the community to promote the local development of LA GLORIA neigborhood, through the participative art addressed to the cultural tourism.
Conceptual contents developed with more emphasis through arts: - Social equity - Cultural offerts as formative spaces - Organic learning - Art as a social connectivity mechanism

Timbalaye International Rumba Festival, the rumbero musical gender was declared WORLD HERITAGE by UNESCO.
PROMOTION, SIGNALS AND INTERVENTIONS LOCATED IN HISTORICAL PLACES 1. Marti Square and its surroundings, foundation place and government of the city since colonial times, today it s the only Urban Downtown of the XIX century in Latin America declared World Heritage Site. 2. The currect Fireman Station, ancient municipal warehouse of slaves in the 1830 s. 3. In communitites of La Gloria, places of Afrodescendants settlements, like Cabildos or temple houses of Cienfuegos.

SOCIAL COMMITMENT Bonds are established with the University of Cienfuegos and validation, advertising and promotion strategies of Free Strokes are designed from the curricular contents of the Psicology, Sociocultural Studies and Social Communication.
SOCIAL COMMITMENT Creation of one of the first socioeconomic Development Zones in a vulnerable community as a touristic destination.
SOCIAL COMMITMENT Visibility of work participating in national and international events and through the media, with the most possible incidence on the social network.
NEW GOALS Encouraging the opening of at least five art galleries.
In addition, stimulate the opening of: 1. Craftwork house. 2. La Gloria fashion house. 3. Santeria customes and items. 4. Ornamental and medicine plants house. 5. Sewing, knitting and embroidering workshop. 6. Musician handicapped club. 7. Hairdressing services. 8. Laundry and ironing services. 9. Library with digital service included. 10. Family support house taking care of the elderly people.
11. Community cinema (cinema-debate practice). 12. Activity with people who refer to relevant personalities that have lived or contributed to our community. 13. Fruit and peanut seller working on the times cries. 14. Popular housing system. 15. Artistically intervened bike-taxi services to move the client to the offered routes in synergy with other Cienfueguero projects. 16.
