THE HOTEL SAINT CECILIA offers an inspired backdrop for life s important memories. Our talented culinary, lounge and event staff will assist in tailoring the event both to the needs of the host and with the goal to create an elegant and unforgettable experience.
THE LOUNGE, PATIO & LAWN The lounge, patio and rolling lawn with 300-year-old oak trees sit at the heart of the property and offer a dramatic landscape for landmark events of up to 150 guests. The space includes exclusive access to the hotel s private bar and fireside lounge as well as the outdoor patio and lawn. A very limited number of events for 60 to 150 guests are booked per year in order to maintain the serenity of the hotel. A hotel buyout is required unless special circumstances apply.
SUITE 1 & 2, WRAPAROUND PORCH AND FRONT LAWN This event space offers two sitting rooms, a large master suite and a petite suite, an elegant bath with private outdoor shower, and a Victorian wraparound porch and staircase perfect for weddings and other processional ceremonies of up to 50 guests. Events held in Suites 1 and 2 include use of the front lawn and large oak tree in front of the house.
SUITE 4 & PRIVATE YARD One of the hotel s Victorian suites in the main house, Suite 4 affords large living and bedroom accommodations as well as a fenced backyard, large covered porch and an outdoor fireplace with seating. The most secluded of the hotel s event spaces, Suite 4 is perfect for dinner parties, wedding receptions, and business or social cocktail affairs of up to 50 guests.
POOL & ARBOR The area around the 50-foot heated lap pool is furnished with an array of comfortable shaded seating and our iconic neon SOUL sign and is perfect for small and medium-sized cocktail and seated gatherings. Glass is not allowed in the pool and arbor area.
INTIMATE CEREMONIES UNDER THE OAK Best suited for ceremonies fewer than 12 guests beneath the shade of the centuries old live oak the lawn offers the perfect backdrop to an unforgettably intimate ceremony.
POOLSIDE BUNGALOWS Comfortable lounge space and private patios make the Poolside Bungalows perfect for intimate gatherings of up to 10 guests. Event hosts are invited to bring their own LPs or borrow from the hotel s vintage vinyl library for use on the in-room Riga turntable.
TERRACE Located above the lounge, the covered terrace is perfect for an intimate meal, cocktail party or business meeting of 6 to 30 guests. This space offers a city view and overlooks the Saint Cecilia s stunning grounds. Guests booking the terrace are required to book the adjacent studio.

All events at Hotel Saint Cecilia require a site fee and a minimum 2 to 3 night stay depending on the size of the event. Some exceptions to the stay requirement are allowed, subject to approval by hotel management. Events of over 50 guests require a property buyout of all 14 rooms in addition to any applicable event site fees. Group room discounts are not available for event bookings. City sound ordinances apply to all events at Hotel Saint Cecilia.
