Dispatch described the vehicle that continued southbound on I-49 from north of Peculiar, Missouri as a blue vehicle with damage to its driver side. I observed a blue Chevrolet traveling Southbound on I-49 at a higher speed than the rest of the vehicles around it. I observed it loose control and crash at I-49 and the exit ramp to State Route 291 Highway.
