The Big Party will take place on Friday and Saturday evenings. Replacing the former hospitality suites, this event gives all members the opportunity to network and celebrate together. A limited number of opportunities are available for entertainment providers to partner with the OFA Convention as a featured sponsor of The Big Party. Business Card Ad in Program $50 Boost your business with an ad in the convention program. E-mail a PDF of your business card or ad that would fit a 2 x 3.5 space. Deadline: December 16 th. Video Display Ad* $35/slide With up to a maximum of four slides, promote your business on multiple video displays located throughout the convention center. The slides will run continuously with the convention schedule all day Friday and Saturday. E mail PowerPoint without animation. Deadline December 16 th. Business Card Ad in Program PLUS Video Display Ad* $75 Want both the business card ad in the program and the continuous video display exposure? Run a single PowerPoint slide (photo and text) on the conference center s video displays PLUS have your business card ad printed in the program. Deadline December 16 th. Convention Packet Insert $200 Have your single 8.5 x 11 page promotional flyer inserted in all of the convention packets.
