DOCUMENTS: In concern with the environment and global warning, there is no hard copy of meeting documents/ presentations to be distributed. A USB 2.0 flash disk (containing presentation/final name list of participants, programme and pictures) will be provided to all participants. ROUND TRIP AIRPORT TRANSFER: Round trip airport transfer will be provided. Upon Arrival: All international delegates are encouraged to provide your flight information a week before the session. Delegates will be welcomed upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi International Airport by local organizer and will be transferred to the hotel. Upon Departure: You are recommended to contact local organizer to confirm your departure date/time at least one day in advance. PLEASE REFER TO PAGES 4-8 REGARDING MEETING POINTS AT THE AIRPORT. GROUP PHOTO SESSION: Official Group Photo Session will be taken on Monday, 31 October 2016 and Friday, 4 November 2016. Dress code for the session is Lounge Suit or office attire (with necktie). Additionally, light jacket is encouraged during meeting. The smart casual is recommended at the Social Functions. MESSAGES/COMMUNICATION: Messages received during the meeting shall be notified at the Registration Desk. Delegates are advised to switch off (or) put on silent mode on mobile phones in the function room whilst the session is in progress. ENTRY REQUIREMENT TO & WITHIN THAILAND: Delegates will receive "Official Invitation Letter" issued by Department of Mineral Resources via fax or E- mail for obtaining entry visa to Thailand and/or for the travel approval from your organizations. lf you encounter any difficulties, do not hesitate to contact surachaisiri@yahoo.com; surachai@dmr.go.th; kanit@dmr.mail.go.th. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months. The Official Invitation Letter can be provided to those who required to obtain entry visa to Thailand before travelling (upon request). At Suvanabhumi International Airport 1. When the delegates pass immigration counter and claim baggage, please turn left to Exit C (number 1 on the map). 2. When the delegates exit through Exit C, please move to Gate 10 on the left hand side. The Meeting Point (number 2 on the map) is located near Gate 10 at the corner of the main building in front of Bumrungrad International Hospital counter. 3. When the delegates pass through immigration counter and claim baggage, please pass through the declaration counter, turn left to Meeting Point number 1 on the map, meet with colleagues from Department of Mineral Resources of Thailand with CCOP 50 th Anniversary Logo at that point. 2.
