Meeting Registration Information Entire Event Regular registration fee Reduced registration fee for SHA students and recent graduates 430 per person ( 490 after May 1, 2017) Any portion of the registration fee that will not be required to cover the cost of the meeting will be used towards the Reduced Registration Fee, and to grow the EMEA Scholarship Fund. 330 per person All SHA students and graduates of Cornell s School of Hotel Administration (CCB) of the years: 2016, 2017 and 2018 (excluding PDP/GMP) are invited to use the reduced registration fee. Separate Events Hospitality Summit and Lunch (only) 75 per person Registration and payment: Please register online via RegOnline: Terms and Conditions The registration fee includes VAT, all activities, all social events (meals and beverages; except for the optional after dinner visit to a local wine bar on Friday, 22 June), and transfers as listed in the program above. It does not include hotel accommodation. Cancellations received after May 18, 2018 will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the full registration fee. Cancellations received after 3 June will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the full registration fee. The charge would be used to cover non-refundable program costs with any outstanding money used towards the EMEA scholarship. Registrations are only considered confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of payment of the registration fee in full. The program is subject to change.
