Presidents Message Friendly reminder there will be no meeting this month! With that being said, I hope you all have a great and safe 4th of July!! I know we are all busy trying to get everything done for our customer s parties before the 4th, but please keep safety in mind and talk with your customers about watching the children when around all water. Not just the pool, but many of our customers go to lakes, rivers, other friends houses with pools! It only takes a second of distraction for something to happen. Keep them safe with supervision and remind them to use life jackets!! Now, on to some Capital Valley business. We need to as a group start talking with other pool guys we see about our chapter and the great benefits we have. Our insurance is superior to others on the market, our sick route coverage is the only one around, and we strive to educate our members with the pool industry! There really is no other organization that compares with what IPSSA membership provides to its members. So please take a few seconds and invite other pool professional to one of our meetings to experience what we have to offer them at Capital Valley IPSSA! Tech note: Did you know that if you hold down the more button on a Pentair Salt Cell for 3 seconds the percentage lights will tell you how many hours the cell has been working? Did you know the average cell life is 10,000 hours? If you want more information on this it is all in the installation manual!! Have a great 4th of July!! Til next time, keep it clear. Scott Houseman President scott@leisuretimepool.com
