EXECUTIVE CHEF ANTONIO MINICHIELLO Executive Chef Antonio Minichiello was born and raised in the town of Avellino in Southern Italy, and his love of cooking started at an early age, working alongside his mother in the kitchen. Chef Antonio entered culinary school at age 15 and since that time, has honed his skills in Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Europe and the U.S. At Sale e Pepe, Chef Antonio s cuisine embraces the culinary traditions of Southern Italy in an elegant and modern style, from preparation to presentation.
