Greenhouse 10ft X 10ft 9ft4in Wide x 10ft3in Deep x 5ft4in Side Height / 7ft10in Center Height These Tools Are Recommended: King Canopy Item #: GH1010 With 6 Legs, Cover, Elastic Ball Straps & Foot Pads. Distributed by: PIC America, LTD. 8009 Purfoy Road Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 1-800-800-6296 www.kingcanopy.com WARNING: Keep all flame and heat sources away from this tent fabric. Meets the flammability requirements of CPAI-84. It is not fire proof. The fabric will burn if left in continuous contact with any flame source.

PARTS LIST 5X0PCS 22 pc 60 powder coated pipe 3WPCS 6 pc 3-way connectors 4WPCS 3 pc 4-way connectors BALLW 15 pc Elastic ball straps FOOTPCS 6 pc Metal foot pads GH1010T 1 pc One piece cover DC1313 2 pc Double pipe clamps w/bolts SC1313 4 pc Single pipe clamps w/bolts

FRAME ASSEMBLY 1. Separate all pieces according to size and shape and arrange per the illustration shown below. All the pipes are 60 long. 60 There are six 60 pipes for the legs. 60 2. Start with the center and complete the center frame first. Then assemble each side. 60 60 Start Here 3. Cover installation - Before installing cover, unzip the door on the cover. This will make installation easy and will not cause damage to zippers. Unfold cover and make sure grommets are inside. Place tarp over frame so that the door is located at front of the frame and the window at the rear. Leave the sides of the cover on top of the frame until the legs are installed.

LEGS & COVER ASSEMBLY 1. Lift one side of canopy top and insert legs. Proceed to the other side. Insert second Insert first 2. Pull sides of tarp down and adjust until it fits equally on all sides. CANOPY REMOVAL: The best way to remove and fold the cover would be to follow the exact opposite of the installation process. Detach all the ball bungees, unzip the door, slide up the sides and fold them over onto the roof. Disassemble your structure by removing the legs from one side and lowering it. Then you could finish folding up your canopy cover, put it off to the side and finish taking down the structure. 3. Attach the remaining 4 (60 ) pipes to the legs so the sidewalls can be secured. Pipes will fit flush against the bolts as seen below (Figure 1). Using the single clamps on the corners and the double clamps in the middle. Figure 1 Figure 2 Inside View Outside View 4. Place straps through grommets and around sidewall pipe as seen above (Figure 2). Sidewall pipe should then be pulled down until the cover is pulled tight. Then the clamps may by tightened.

LEGS & COVER ASSEMBLY TO GET A TIGHTER FIT ON CANOPY COVER The ball straps are long enough to accommodate various cover lengths. If your straps are too long for a tight fit making an additional knot in the strap cord can shorten them. 1. Slide the ball upwards to reveal the tied knot. 2. Tie a new knot above the old one. The length taken up here determines how short the strap becomes. 3. Slip the ball down over the new knot. 4. Cut off the excess cord ANCHORING YOUR UNIT After construction, the canopy must be securely anchored to prevent damage from winds. Canopies make excellent kites. If the legs are not anchored, severe winds will cause the frame to flex and unanchored legs will fall, collapsing the canopy. You may wish to bolt all pipe and fittings together. The best way to anchor your Greenhouse is with screw-in ground anchors and cable/rope attached to each leg or over the frame. You should tie the cable/rope around the slip in fitting on the top of each leg. Mobile home style anchors will work. See your local hardware dealer or Home Supply Center. If you intend to secure your Greenhouse more permanently, you may want to use a heavier cable, such as steel cable. Use the suggested method below to anchor your Green House. If you wish to purchase an anchor kit from King Canopy, call 1-800-800-6296 and ask about our A6200 Anchor Kit. A large screwdriver can be used to help screw anchors into the ground Screw anchors in ground close to leg poles and route rope over the side pole leg connectors and tie rope to anchors securely. ANCHOR KIT NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS CANOPY
