MedImmune MedImmune History MedImmune at Granta Park success to which other companies aspire When Antibody Technology (CAT) took the lease of a single 20,000 sq ft laboratory building at Granta Park in 2001 no-one could have foreseen that eight years later, transformed into MedImmune, they would employ 400 staff and occupy three buildings with a total floor area of over 180,000 sq ft of laboratory and office buildings, reflecting a nine-fold growth. Not only is the science park a very attractive location, which is very important for staff retention, but Granta Park has proven to be a first class landlord. It continues to improve facilities and is very receptive to our ongoing development needs and has allowed us to create facilities that suit our needs.
