They go there every time of the year, but the best period is in summer, like in January because the temperatures aren't so hot but warm. It's perfect if you want to visit Whiteheaven Beach, surf with your friends, or have a holiday with your family. Katherine s gorge The Katherine s gorge is located in the Nitmiluk national park- Katherine gorge, in the northern territory 30 Km from the city of Katherine and 350 Km south of Darwin, in the region of Katherine. It s a vast territory of 400000 km 2, almost big as France. Katherine s gorge is beautiful and consists of 13 gorges (in some places the vertical walls seem endless) created, over time, by the river Katherine. You can navigate the Katherine river by canoe, or with night cruises, to try to see the crocodiles along the river. The Nitmiluk national park Katherine s gorge is the most visited park in the northern territory and also you can visit the Edith falls, where you can also swim. The best season for visiting the park is the dry season, from mid-march to October. In July and August the temperature rise during the day, so it s better to take a lot of water. In the rainy season it can be difficult or impossible to walk in the gorges, because there usually are floods, so it s possible to visit the gorges with a helicopter. The animals and the plants you will see are typical of the Northern Territory. One of the most viewed animals is the Goanna, a big harmless lizard. At sunset it s easier to see kangaroos. T. The forest is covered principally by typical trees of the North of Australia. The vegetation is completely different if you go in the rainy season because it s more extensive and the water can cover a good part of the gorge. To arrive at the park you can rent a car in the city of Katherine or go by bus. Kakadu National Park Kakadu National Park in the Northern Territory of Australia; it is a protected area and a destination where you can discover a lot

Do not ever leave the group or the guide. Broome Broome is a coastal and tourist town in the Kimberley a region of Western Australia. It has 13000 people. Around the city there is fantastic wildlife with a lot of vegetation and animals. There are too a lot of beautiful beaches like Cable Beach or Roebuck Bay. It s quite a hot country with an average temperature of 22 C. The first people here were the aborigines of Yawuru. In the 1688 the first European person arrived here, and only 200 years later in the 1861 the British sent people to live here because it was discovered that here there were the biggest oysters that gave the biggest pearls. It was very dangerous work so the first who had to do it were aborigines and after the settlers. A lot of Japanese worked here and a lot died too so nowadays there is a cemetery with 919 Japanese tombs. After the 2^ world war Broome started to be a very important city for nacre production but now with new technology it is easier to grow pearls but the economic competition is stronger. Here there are a lot of things to do. One thing you must do is go to the beach one day and relax. It is all perfect and the water is very, very clear and temperate for swimming. Another fantastic thing to do on the beach is a Broome Camel Safari where, with a guide and an instructor, you can go on a trip on a camel along the fantastic beaches. Another thing to do is whale watching. You will live one of the best experiences in your life. A lot of big whales will play around your ship and jump out of the water. That are only a few of the lot of thing you can do in Broome. Broome is a very hot place but if you don t want rain, you have to go from May to November. It s better that you always have a hat, sun cream and some water with you. You have to have a map with you because it easy to get lost and the wildlife is not always safe. Arriving here is easy because there is an important airport.

The Great Ocean Road The Great Ocean Road is one of the most beautiful and visited destinations in Australia! It s an absolutely MUST-DESTINATION if you have the fortune and the occasion to rent a car to go to the State of Victoria (the state where the road is situated). There you can see a lot of amazing things, such as: the great variety of unbelievable and suggestive coastal landscapes (like the 12 Apostles), the many beaches where you can also practice surfing ( in the best seaside resort towns like Lorne and Anglesea) and you can visit the impressive rainforest, where you can find a unique fauna (that include many animals such as: koalas, platypus and water birds), and flora (there, there are the tallest trees in the world!). The best period to visit the road is in December ( because the summer starts in this month) to better enjoy the sunset on the coast, but if you go there to March ( in winter ) you can see the migration of the whales! Tasmania Tasmania is an island state Australia. It is located to the south of the that is part of the Commonwealth of Australian mainland, separated by Bass Strait.
