2018 MUSKOKA POP-UP SHOPS Pop-up Shops are taking over the retail world! There are many benefits to operating a pop-up shop. Test a new revenue stream, engage customers offline, and generate brand awareness!

LOCATION 1: PORT CARLING FOODLAND Port Carling is located on Indian River, touching the shores of Silver Lake and Mirror Lake. It is nestled between Lake Muskoka and Lake Rosseau, along Hwy. 118. It is centred between Bracebridge and Bala, and has access to Lake Joseph, Lake Rosseau and Lake Muskoka. Because of this Port Carling has been dubbed, "Hub of the Lakes. Unique to Muskoka is the fact that when seasonal residents are included, the population more than doubles, with people fleeing the city and heading North to spend some time in the Serenity of Muskoka. For the summer of 2018 we are offering exclusive space for a Pop-up environment at the Port Carling Foodland. Being the only grocery store in the area the Port Carling as well as the new Tim Hortons location, Foodland is an extremely high traffic area. Foodland Stats: - 10,000 average transactions / week during peak season of July & August Average transaction accounts for 2 people = 20,000 people / week

LOCATION 2: SWS MARINA SWS Marina has become a destination venue on Lake Rosseau in Muskoka, attracting consumers from all over cottage country and beyond. This space is popping with exclusive vendors selling exciting products! SWS Marina is located in Minett, Muskoka just north of Port Carling on Wallace Bay, Lake Rosseau. SWS Marina is the home base of Canada s Largest Watersports Company, Summer Watersports. The marina location is a full-service marina with a surf shop and boathouse gas dock in one of the busiest bays. SWS Pop-up Village is located in between two high-end resorts: The JW Rosseau and Cleveland s House Resort.

COMPLETE LINE OF POP-UP SOLUTIONS Ballance Design offers a complete range of mobile Pop-up Shop Solutions. A full line of tents & flags are available for short term activations. Big Box trailers are towable with a standard hitch (GC & LB Models). Panels unfold to create floor and awning panels, staircases to second story area - ideal as VIP area or lounge with a viewing vantage point. Big Box containers are modified sea containers which are delivered by flatbed truck.

FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE Features fully customizable graphics, flooring, AV, counters, shelving and product displays. Optional second story staircase, railings and canopy. Installation time of under two hours, with complete turnkey transport and installation services available across North America.

RENDERINGS Our designers are capable of providing 3D layouts and custom configurations for specific programs, activations, or brands.
