FINANCIAL SERVICES Participants can pay the participation fee in cash or with a bank card at the Forum financial services stands in the pavilion 7A of the Lenexpo Exhibition Complex. A 5.5% commission fee is charged when paying for participation at Forum financial services stands. The financial services stands will also provide participants and representatives of payer organizations with original copies of contracts, work completion statements and invoices signed by the Roscongress Foundation. In addition, representatives of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean (GFCM) will take part in the discussion as well. EXHIBITION Exhibition for Fishery, Seafood and Knowhow (SEAFOOD EXPO) is the key industry event of 2017.

Russia will host professionals from the global fishery industry and related industries of various countries for the first time. Organizations and delegations from more than 50 countries of Europe, Asia, Africa, and North and South America have been invited to participate in the expo and forum. The expo will be attended by more than 200 Russian and international companies that will present their products, advanced technologies, and equipment for the fishing industry. You will have the opportunity to get acquainted with representatives of such industry giants as Alfa Laval, Nantong Square Cold Chain Equipment Co., Yanmar, Optimar, Optimar KAP, Simrad, and Satlink, among others. Live media stand The Forum venue includes a live media stand where participants in the Forum s business programme can interact with media representatives. Due to the city s proximity to the sea, the climate is damp. The average temperature for the period of the Forum is expected to be from +12 C to +14 C, with high probability of precipitation. ~ 10 ~

The combination of high humidity and wind means that the weather always seems colder than it is; for this reason we recommend that you bring warm clothing and an umbrella with you. TIME ZONE Local time in St. Petersburg is the same as in Moscow: three hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time.
