Quiet Time: 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Emergency: Dial 9-1-1 **Our address is 30714 152 nd Street New Auburn, WI 54757** Campground Location: Our campground is located in Northern Chippewa County. We are in the Town of Sampson or Village of New Auburn. Severe Weather: If there is inclement weather we make it a priority to keep our guests notified. We DO NOT have a storm shelter and you are camping at your own risk. Radio Station: Tune in to 99.1 Rice Lake or WAXX 104.5 Eau Claire for weather alerts. Photos: If you take any photos and would like to share them, please email a copy to us at info@greenacresfamilycampground.com Garbage: The Camper is responsible for disposing of camping garbage in the dumpster provided by the Campground. Trash must be tied in plastic bags. A large dumpster is located at the north end of the campground by the flag pole for your convenience. Recycling is mandated in Chippewa County. Please use our recycling dumpster by the propane fill station for your convenience. All recycling can be in one bag. Please keep your campsite neat and leave it clean for the next family of campers. WE COLLECT ALUMINUM CANS TO HELP OFFSET THE COST OF OUR 4 th OF JULY FIREWORKS EVENT!!! Secured aluminum can garbage bags can be dropped off at the woodshed. The following Items must be separated from the trash and recycled: Aluminum Cans, Steel/Tin Cans, Office Paper, Newspapers, & Phone Books, Magazines & Catalogs, Corrugated Cardboard, Glass Bottles & Jars, Plastic #1-#7 (no motor oil containers, toys, or plastic wrap). Gray or Black Water: Any ground disposal of drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law! Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into the sewer drains or containment system. If you are found in violation you will be asked to leave the park immediately and without refund. Campfire: Campers are not allowed to bring firewood into the campground, DNR regulations apply. Firewood can be purchased on site. Fire rings are to be placed as to not interfere with neighbors and 10 feet from camping unit. You may pick up fallen limbs to burn, but DO NOT cut trees or other foliage. All fires must be extinguished when unattended.

Fireworks: Our insurance carrier does not allow personal fireworks and are prohibited on campground property for insurance and safety reasons. We do provide a Fireworks Display on the 4 th of July holiday. Monetary donations are greatly appreciated. Medical Care: In the event of a medical emergency and/or accident, permission is herein granted to allow for emergency medical treatment of the undersigned, and/or our children. Said permission includes permission to treat for minor injuries and/or to call for emergency services and to transport to a hospital. In consideration of the foregoing, I (We) hold harmless from any litigation and/or cost involved, Green Acres Family Campground, L.L.C., its owners, employees and agents who may render assistance. Miscellaneous Info: Per Wisconsin Administrative Code DHS 178.11(5a) 6 campers or an individual family are allowed per campsite. Minors MUST be accompanied by an adult when Campsite is in use. GAFC Management allows 2 vehicles and 2 pets at each campsite. We have additional parking space available with vehicle registration. There will be a $3/unit/day fee charged for additional vehicles or trailers per campsite. All day and/or overnight guests and visitors must be registered before or upon arrival to GAFC per State of Wisconsin Registry regulation DHS 178.24(2). There is a $5/guest/day fee charged before or upon arrival to the campground. Guests will receive a wrist band which will include use of all campground amenities. Visitors are always welcome as long as they are registered at The Frog Hop Rec Hall, their $5 per day guest fee is paid, wrist band applied and he/she complies by the campground rules. Visitors are not allowed to bring pets. Visitors are required to depart the campground property by 11 p.m. if they are not overnight guests. Campground well water is tested annually by the State of Wisconsin and at the discretion of our Chippewa County Public Health Inspector. Our well water is certified safe for use as potable water for human consumption. Campground treats their well water with a Commercial Water Softening System as an additional amenity to the customer. The system is scheduled to regenerate during off peak hours, but at times may regenerate during high demand periods. During the regeneration period, softened water will not be available and may turn camper fixtures orange with rust staining. Each Campsite is supplied with a Back Flow Preventer (BFP) on the water spicket. As required by State of Wisconsin regulation DHS 178.14(4c). BFP s must remain intact at all times as a preventative measure against contamination of our water supply system. The BFP s are owned by the Campground and shall not be altered in any way, shape or form by the Camper. You will experience water output when turning the water on or off. This is normal. The Campground cannot, and will not, be responsible for loss of any kind and it is mutually understood that the Camper hereby releases the Campground from any and all liability. We cannot insure what we do not own! As a camper, I agree to follow all rules, regulations and policies identified publicly or in writing by Campground Management. I also agree to make sure my guests follow all rules, regulations and policies. As a camper, I understand that l risk immediate eviction from Green Acres Family Campground for any violation or any act that endangers the physical and/or emotional well-being of any individual, family, or other guests based on Campground Management s sole opinion and discretion and without refund. I have read the above Rules & Policies. I have a clear understanding and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth herein. TO 8 P.M. OR DUSK POND OPEN: Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend PLEASE WATCH YOUR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES!!! No minors under the age of 13 unless accompanied by an adult. Swimmers who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper. No urinating, spitting or waste discharging (fecal matter) in pond. Persons with skin, eye or nasal infection, open cuts or wounds, or any communicable disease are prohibited in the swimming pond. Proper swimming attire is required at all times. Do not throw sand, mud or rocks. No pets are permitted. No diving. No smoking. No glass containers. No swimming after dark. No food or drink in the water. Pick up your trash, please do not liter. Please keep radio volume to a minimum. No motorized vehicles allowed on beach. Be considerate and respectful of other pond guests. Intoxicated persons will not be allowed to use the swim pond. The pond will be closed when thunder or lightening are present. Practice sun safety; always wear sunscreen and stay hydrated. HAVE FUN & STAY COOL Rules are strictly enforced. Management has THE FINAL AUTHORITY IN ALL MATTERS REGARDING SWIMMING AND BEACH ACTIVITIES. OTHER ACTIONS NOT MENTIONED IN THESE RULES MAY BE DEEMED UNSAFE BY THE Management. Management has THE AUTHORITY TO EJECT SWIMMERS FOR THE DAY, WEEKEND OR SEASON based on their sole discretion. PETS ARE WELCOME At Green Acres Family Campground, LLC Green Acres Family Campground is a family oriented facility and we are considered to be a safe place for children and grandchildren to visit and enjoy. We want your pet to have fun too! National statistics note a rapid increase in dog bites and insurance companies have taken action. As a result, we are requiring all who choose to bring pets into Green Acres Family Campground to read and sign the following Pet Agreement before occupying a campsite. Our insurance provider dictates that we cannot allow breeds into our campground that have a history of unfriendly and/or aggressive behavior to other animals and/or humans. The following breeds are not permitted at Green Acres Family Campground: Doberman, Chow, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Akita, Wolf Hybrid or crossbreeds thereof. We apologize for any inconvenience or distress this may cause you. Pet Agreement 1) No more than 2 pets per campsite are permitted. 2) Pets are required to be up-to-date on all vaccinations and display proper tags. Pet owners must provide a copy of each pet s current vaccination record as proof of vaccination. This is for your own protection of your beloved pet. 3) Pets are not allowed in any building or in the playground/patio/pond area per State of Wisconsin Public Health Department. 4) Pets should never be left unattended inside or outside of your camping unit or vehicle. 5) Pets must be on a short leash at all times when being walked or secured on a strong durable tie out that will not allow your pet to extend off the campsite in any direction. 6) All pet droppings are the responsibility of the pet owner! You will be asked to leave the campground without refund if you choose to disregard this rule. 7) If your pet likes to bark freely, it may not enjoy our campground. Pets creating a disturbance or being a nuisance will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave the campground and will not receive a refund if you are asked to leave. 8) In the event that a pet owner is unable to satisfactorily correct a pet problem, the pet must be removed from the campground. In the event that a pet owner is unwilling to remove the pet or is unwilling to cooperate he/she will be asked to leave the campground without refund. 9) Visitors of our guests are not permitted to bring their pets into the campground. 10) Service dogs of any breed are welcome and must comply with all campground rules. We encourage all pet owners to call in advance to inquire about any specific rules that might apply to their situation. I have read and acknowledged the above Pet Agreement. I clearly understand the Pet Agreement and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth herein. Furthermore, I hold harmless from any litigation and/or cost involved, Green Acres Family Campground, L.L.C., its owners, employees and agents for damages my pet(s) may cause to any property, other pets and/or humans. GREEN ACRES FAMILY CAMPGROUND PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE FORM I (We), grant to Green Acres Family Campground, L.L.C., its representatives and employees, the right to take photographs and/or video of myself, my immediate family and my property in connection with the normal operations of the campground. I authorize Green Acres Family Campground, L.L.C., it s assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I (We) agree that Green Acres Family Campground, L.L.C., may use such photographs and/or video of myself, my immediate family and my property with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example; such purposes as publicity, illustration advertising, and web content. I (We) agree to the above terms and conditions for myself, my immediate family and my property. I (We) have read and acknowledged the above information and clearly understand the Photo & Video Release Form and agree to abide by all as written and outlined above.
