Boodarie Contracting History DGC have delivered many of our successful projects in partnership with locally based Indigenous company ALM Contracting (ALM), while independently and consistently maintaining Indigenous employment ratios above 10%. A former Australian Olympian, Boodarie owner Anthony Martin appreciates the dedication required to develop personnel within his team. ALM successfully executed many projects in the region, proven by long term supply contracts with the major mining houses, including BHP. ALM achieved this success with a 100% Indigenous workforce. As a qualified trainer and assessor, Anthony assists DGC in obtaining verification of the competencies and skills required to work on major projects in the North West. DGC and ALM have had close working relationship over the past five years and this partnership was formalised with the creation of Boodarie Contracting Pty Ltd in 2015. In 2016 Kariyarra Traditional Owner Kerry Robinson became an shareholder in Boodarie Contracting. Kerry s practical experience and connection to the community will drive our progress to achieving our shared goals. A major objective of the Company is to develop a sustainable partnership providing long term training and employment opportunities for local Indigenous and non-indigenous members of the North West community.
