FOOD HOSPITALITY WORLD 2015 Food Hospitality World 2015, the Exhibition and B2B Trade Show exclusively for Food Processing, Hospitality & Allied Sectors was organised at Dr. Dayanand Bandodkar Ground, Campal, Panaji, Goa from September 29 to October 1, 2015. Food Hospitality World (FHW) 2015 Exhibition, Goa The Food Hospitality World (FHW), a three day Expo was tailor-made from 10 years of industry feedback & suggestions, to propagate healthy discussions on various facets related to innovations in products and services related to influential buyers and professionals in Goa. Participation of Kerala State The Organisers have informed an exclusive opportunity for promoting the products and technologies in the Food Processing & Allied Sectors from Kerala and requested to participate in the Food Hospitality World 2015 Exhibition at Dr. Dayanand Bandodkar Ground, Panaji, Goa from September 29 to October 1, 2015.
Kerala Bureau of Industrial Promotion (K-BIP) was the Coordinating Agency on behalf of Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Kerala for facilitating the participation of MSMEs from Kerala in the Food Hospitality World 2015 Exhibition at Goa. 90 Sq.Mt. fully converted Stall Space was availed by K-BIP for setting up the Kerala State Pavilion in the Exhibition. Space was provided, free of cost, for the MSMEs from Kerala to display their products and technologies. The MSMEs from Kerala like Peejay Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd., Mechanical Assembly Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd., Chirackal Agro Mills, Dinesh Foods, Nikasu Frozen Foods International, Satbions Food & Additives Pvt. Ltd., Keratech Coconut Oil Manufacturing Co. P. Ltd., Mount Sahiya, Modern Oil Mills, Techno Consultancy Services, Gopal Refineries & Oil Mills, Kadannery Agro Industries, Saico Food Products & Spices, M.S. Foods, Priyom Condiments Pvt. Ltd., Century Polymers, Super Food Products and Royal Food Products displayed their products and technologies in the Kerala State Pavilion.
The HACCP initiatives of National Centre for HACCP Certification (NCHC) under Kerala Bureau of Industrial Promotion (K-BIP) were also displayed at the Kerala State Pavilion. The Event witnessed exhibitors coming from different segments of the Food and Hospitality Industry like F&B, interiors, kitchen equipment, housekeeping, bakery and others and aimed at providing solutions to various industry-related problems. The Culinary challenge of Goa was co-hosted by the Culinary Forum of Goa. Top Chefs across Goa came together under one roof and competed in groups and as individual to bring out the essence of Goan food culture. To celebrate the launch of FHW, an evening event-the Goan Indulgence provided a platform to all who wish to socialise with the who s who of Goa s food and hospitality industry. The three-day Show saw many panel discussions. Hospitality Think Tank had General Managers of leading hotels in Goa as panelists discussing the Evolution of Goa as a MICE Destination. The Hospitality Knowledge Exchange had General Managers of leading resorts and villa owners of Goa discussing Goa as a Resort Destination.
Road Show - Kerala Business to Business Meet 2016 The Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Kerala is organising the 'Kerala Business to Business Meet 2016' at CIAL Trade Fair & Exhibition Centre, Nedumbassery, Kochi, Kerala from February 4 to 6, 2016. A detailed presentation was made by Mr. V. Rajagopal, Chief Executive Officer, Kerala Bureau of Industrial Promotion (K-BIP) on the Kerala Business to Business Meet 2016 being organised by Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Kerala in a function hosted by the Organisers on September 29, 2015 evening at the Conference Hall of the Exhibition Venue. Various Buyers, Industry Experts, Trade Representatives etc. from Food Processing, Hospitality & Allied Sectors from Goa participated in the presentation and subsequent one-to-one meetings. The Food Hospitality World 2015 Exhibition at Goa provided a platform for the MSMEs / Exhibitors from Kerala to find new markets for their products and technologies and an opportunity to get the first hand knowledge of the latest developments and trends in the Food and Hospitality Industry.
