Its proximity to the is still unrivalled. The development team at Roxhill and SEGRO quickly understood our requirements and were able to deliver a new facility ahead of programme. Roxhill / SEGRO were very professional to deal with throughout the project. A spokesperson from DHL, said: Roxhill / Segro were very easy to deal with and professional throughout. They greatly assisted DHL in our fit-out requirements even delaying PC to accommodate some technical changes in the floor slab, helping us to reduce costs which was greatly appreciated. We were able to work with their team quickly to agree a solution that worked for all parties and our customer
