Its proximity to the is still unrivalled. The development team at Roxhill and SEGRO quickly understood our requirements and were able to deliver a new facility ahead of programme. Roxhill / SEGRO were very professional to deal with throughout the project. A spokesperson from DHL, said: Roxhill / Segro were very easy to deal with and professional throughout. They greatly assisted DHL in our fit-out requirements even delaying PC to accommodate some technical changes in the floor slab, helping us to reduce costs which was greatly appreciated.
