BID SCHEDULE LOT 1 Two Four-place Piston Helicopters with Options 2. LOT 1 PRICING INFORMATION: One aircraft will be available for 138 days exclusive use from approximately April 15, to August 30, 2013 and one aircraft will be available for 170 days exclusive use from approximately May 1 to October 17, 2013, with the option to extend in accordance with 3.3 of the contract. Total Flight hours estimates may vary from 1200 to 2000. Contractors Hourly Flight Rate (Dry) $ The Authority will guarantee payment for at least 3 hours average of daily flight time during each billing period as identified in section 13.13 of this ITB, during the period of exclusive use. Award will be based on the lowest hourly flight cost. Fuel will be reimbursed at cost Additional Personnel, Pilot daily rate: $400 per day Additional Personnel, Mechanic daily rate: $350 per day 3.
