STEP 2 If student CAN WE is SIGN ready THE to be STUDENT signed off FOR for HIS his/her 61.56 flight, review upon completion of familiarization, sign him/her off, and make sure he/she has the 61.75 FAA pilot certificate based on a foreign certificate. NO If you do not feel he/she is ready for the FR, start the IRA training. WHY? The student must be ready for the flight review by the end of stage one of IRA. FLIGHT REVIEW WITH OUT THE LETTER?
