We depart Johannesburg or Pretoria early in the morning. Pick up from most hotels between 6am and 7am. Our 2 hour drive takes us North West towards Pilanesberg a big 5 National Park that covers 500 square kilometers. This unique National Park is encircled by 4 rings of hills. Geologically fascinating alkaline complex which is the largest in the world and the habitat of Africa s most famous wildlife. Over night at Lodge Day 06 (20th Feb) Johannesburg 2 Day Pilanesberg Luxury Lodge Safari Our second day begins with early morning coffee before boarding another open Vehicle. Our morning game drive will take us past many of the waterholes and hides. Early morning provides the golden hour, where many wildlife enthusiasts believe the best sightings occur. Lions are certainly a good spot at this time. Depart Sun City/ Pilanesberg around 4pm to 5pm. Expect to be back in Johannesburg +- 7pm depending on your hotels location. Overnight in Johannesburg.
