Due to the Easter Break, there weren t too many things that happened this month but many of us have shared what they were up to over the holidays. Hannah Brown I did a show with my theatre group on the first week. We did our production of Little Shop of Horrors which is a musical about a giant plant monster named Audrey II. Or Twoey for short. Until Friday (opening night) & Saturday (closing night), we rehearsed all week, including dress rehearsals, to make sure the show was perfect. I played a customer & a street urchin. The show went brilliantly & was a success. On the second week, I did a bit of shopping with my mum on Monday & bought a few new clothes and a new umbrella & with my dad on Tuesday & bought a new pair of trainers with memory foam from Sketchers & had lunch with him at the Hard Rock Café in Buchanan Street, Glasgow. Michael Warnock During the 1 st 3 days Saturday to Monday I took a break from job searching and did my own things, finishing up my characters and coming up with new ideas and watched Anime s. On Sunday I applied for a WHSmith job, on Tuesday to Friday I did a bit of job searching, found and applied for a Lidl job, but didn t get it. On Sunday to Tuesday I got distracted with doing my characters because I was close to finish it. I was trying to print off lots of CV s, but was having printer problems till Tuesday and printed off 15 CV s and on Wednesday to Saturday I did CV handouts to stores I could do Retail in. During the last 2 days I tried taking a break. Euan McManus During my Easter holidays I met up with friends to see Fast and Furious 7 the movie was brilliant and I also went to the cinema and a day trip to Edinburgh during the holiday as it was a nice day. Christopher Thornton In the first week of my Easter Holidays I went up to West Kilbride with my family and my relatives from England on Easter Sunday and the weather we had was great and had a Chinese Takeaway with the whole family. A Few days later me and my parents went to Blackpool on Wednesday and Fort William on Friday just for the day and I did some job search in between the holidays.. From Thursday to Saturday I travelled down to London by train with my Big Brother and went to Wembley Arena to see the Live Orchestra that was performing live music from a video game series called The Legend of Zelda and absolutely loved the event from start to finish. During London we walked past Trafalgar Square, past Downing Street and walked towards Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. We also went out to Hard Rock Café in London as well as in the Premier Inn at Hanger lane where we stayed. I really enjoyed my time in London with great weather and a great way to end my Easter Holidays. Ross McMillian On the first week I went to Possil Park to see my new job at Hawthorn care home I got a bus into the town and I got off the bus at Jamaica Street near McDonalds and I waited on the 75 bus to Possil Park. I found out a new route as well dropping me at the back of the care home. For a couple days to I got to practise and me and my mum went back on the bus back into town - we got something to eat in Weatherspoon s after that we got the messages in town, it was busy after that we went home. I went to the pictures to see Fast and Furious at the Forge on Friday the first week it was awesome and magic. The second week I went to Paisley with my mum. Over the weekend I went to Edinburgh on Saturday to see the football Hearts v Raith Rovers at Tynecastle. It was a good match Hearts won 2 1 me and my mate sat at the main stand of Tynecastle. Me and my mate travel by train to get there - it was a good day we sat at the Hearts side it was awesome. On Sunday I went to Hampden to see the football Inverness v Celtic - it was a very funny match because Celtic got beat 3 2 by inverness. Unfortunately I sat with the Celtic end- it was a very funny match. I was laughing. It was busy at the Celtic end but not the Inverness end.
