Provides Driving Experience Sightseeing Incentive Yacht Charter YACHT CHARTER BOOKING CONDITIONS BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS - 1st installment : 50% deposit upon reservation. - Balance : 50% 1 month prior the charter date. - Payment in full of the charter fees is required prior to departure BOARD EXPENSES AND FEES - 30% of the charter amount has to be paid as A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance) : (fuel, catering,food, drinks, etc...) prior the charter date CANCELLATIONS POLICY BY THE BROKER FOR TECHNICAL REASONS - 100% refunded. FOR BAD WEATHER and FORCE MAJEUR If by reason of Force Majeure : Storm / strong wind / waves / rain / fog / accident, etc the charter must be cancelled, 100 % of the Charter amount will be refunded. - Bad weather is only considered by an Offi cial Report from the Local Marine Forecast department. Which that case and with cancellation from Liven up or the Captain before delivery of the yacht, 100% of the charter amount is refunded - Weather and sea conditions can differ between the port of departure and the final destination. Changes to the itinerary may be made before and during the charter but by no means considered as a cancellation for bad weather. The charter must be paid in full and is not refundable - Only Liven Up and Captains reserve the sole right to cancel or postpone a charter for bad weather. - The charter could be postponed according to the availability of the vessel and agreements between the Owner, the Broker and the Charterer.
