If customer cancels the outbound origination flight that required the involuntary overnight stay they may also cancel the return segment into their origination airport - or - they may keep the return schedule as ticketed If assistance is required contact Sales Support.

Endorsement Box/Waiver Code Requirement Endorsement Box Requirement New Ticket Endorsement Box for 300-Mile Radius must indicate the waiver code: SKCHG/300M This is the only annotated verbiage required on the new ticket and supersedes the required verbiage for the fare ticketed. Note: if you choose to include the original fare ticket endorsement verbiage; SKCHG/300M should appear at the start of the endorsement/restrictions text on the replacement ticket. If a customer was protected beyond their original travel time or date and an earlier flight becomes available the customer may be reaccommodated. A subsequent schedule change occurs
Refunds: Once the agency has accepted and reissued the ticket for the Schedule Change/300-Mile Radius with SKCHG/300M in the endorsement box on the new ticket, and the customer decides not to travel: Refund is permitted as long as the original schedule change was 60 minutes or greater Original schedule change had extended connection time or an invalid connection Return to Top Redesign: June, 2018
