Upcoming Events Association Update Ritz-Carlton Exclusive Oers Operations Update Employee Highlight Dear Club Members, I am happy to report that the team has once again outperormed by ending 2015 as the #1 Club in the brand based on our Member Engagement scores o Overall Satisaction. Overall Satisaction was 80.5%, or 6.4% higher than last year. Areas we are targeting or improvement include: in-room coee service, more events in the Lounge, and an upgrade to our television/ in-room entertainment system, complete with Bluetooth technology--so you can listen and watch what you want to at your convenience. We hope to have these completed by mid-year. Thank you or participating in the survey process. It indeed means a lot to the team, as you help us to recognize our Ladies and Gentlemen who are excelling in their service commitment to you, as well as providing us your insight into areas toward which we should oer more ocus this year. As you know, our avorite charity at the Club and Residences is Family House, which serves as a home away rom home or amilies o children with cancer and other lie-threatening illnesses. The organization provides physical comort and emotional support, ree rom inancial concerns. The team donates time helping to operate and maintain the current houses and is assisting with logistics o moving to their new home in Mission Bay. The Grand Opening o the Nancy and Stephen Grand Family House at Mission Bay is March 2, 2016! The Ribbon Cutting will take place at 11:00 a.m., to be ollowed by a Community Open House rom 12:00-7:00 p.m. We welcome anyone who would like to help us celebrate this outstanding eort! The new 80-unit Family House will eature expanded amenities and services or amilies, while more than doubling the number o amilies that can be served each night. Association Update The Master Association Board is proceeding to amend the Master Association Rules and Regulations to establish size and weight limitations or vehicles that wil be permitted to park in the building's garage: 'Vehicle length shall not exceed seventeen (17) eet; vehicle width shall not exceed seven (7) eet; vehicle overall height shall not exceed six (6) eet, two (2) inches; vehicle weight shall not exceed six thousand three hundred (6,300) pounds; and vehicles must it within the designated parking spaces.' These limitations are being sent to Members or a 30-day comment period, ollowing which the Board will consider whether to so amend the Rules and Regulations. He arrives to us rom Redding, Caliornia, where he grew up, and where he most recently worked or a Marriott property. Ryan's role was primarily ront desk night audit, and he also helped with maintenance shits. Loss Prevention Oicer Ryan Craig Prior to Marriott, Ryan worked or ive years at Heavenly Lake Tahoe, and he lived in Truckee and the South Lake Tahoe area or several years. Ryan enjoys proessional training and inds special meaning in The Ritz-Carlton motto "Ladies and Gentlemen Serving Ladies and Gentlemen," as it relates to treating each other respectully.
