Objectives 30 public officials working in Da Nang have increased capacity in environmental protection, especially in using communication tools to reduce wildlife consumption October 2014 The Vietnamese public are better informed about issues relating to the use of wildlife products, following the airing of a talk show on this topic. February 2015 Customers of Danang International Airport and Danang taxi companies are encouraged to "Say No to Wildlife Foods and Souvenirs" during the Tet holiday and 2015 tourist season. Talk show Threats from using wildlife products to nature and your health on Danang Radio and Television (DRT) Chanel aired live at 8.00 AM 8.45 AM on Saturday, February 7, 2015 (12 days before Tet holiday) 3 famous guests were invited :Associate Professor Nguyen Lan Hung Son-Permanent Chairman of the Vietnam Ecology Association, Mr. Tran Toi-Vice Chief of Danang Department of Veterinarian, and My Nuong-famous singer. 4 clips were used during the talk show including: (1) Wildlife trade activities in Danang city and our challenges; (2) Some wild animal confiscated cases in Danang city done by FPD; (3) Interviews to share public opinions in using wildlife products; and (4) Project s message Danang city say NO to wildlife consumption.
