Trip Components are subject to change. STATION GUIDELINES a. Station MUST provide Haas Entertainment with final Trip Winner and Guest names by Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 12:00 Noon Central Standard Time. b. Station MUST completely fill in the attached Trip Winner Information Form and fax or email it to Haas Entertainment. c. Any station needing to secure lodging accommodations for their trip winners before Friday, April 17 th or after Sunday, April 20 th at Dallas Renaissance Hotel needs to call Marriott/Renaissance reservations line directly at (888) 236-2427 to arrange the reservations and payment; d. IRS 1099 Forms are to be provided to the Primary Trip Winner by each sponsoring station; e. Station, by acceptance of this trip, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Haas Entertainment and Academy of Country Music and their owners, employees, trip personnel, representatives, agents, directors, officers, successors and/or assigns from any and all claims or liability including but not limited to such liability arising from any acts or omissions resulting in injury to body or property of contest winners while they are participating in the Trip including while in transit to and from the Dallas Metroplex area. f. Academy of Country Music Awards trip packages cannot be used in conjunction with a syndication company unless approved by the Academy of Country Music in advance. All requests must be in writing. g. There is no market exclusivity for this trip package. The Academy of Country Music welcomes all Country Radio Stations and CBS Television Stations to participate; h. Acceptance of this trip does not necessarily make the station the official ACM station in the market. i. Station Guidelines are subject to change. GROUND PACKAGE GUIDELINES a. Each trip is for two (2) people: one (1) Winner and one (1) Guest; NO EXCEPTIONS. b. At least one (1) trip participant must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of the trip. Minimum age for 2 nd participant is thirteen (13) years of age. NO EXCEPTIONS. c. A parent or legal guardian must accompany any trip participant under eighteen (18) years of age. d. No parent or legal guardian may leave anyone under eighteen (18) years of age alone (or in the care of anyone else) at any time, event, venue or in the hotel. e. It is illegal for any Trip Participant under twenty-one (21) years of age to consume alcohol at any scheduled events and/or clubs, restaurants and venues where alcohol is served. f. Possession of and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted on any ground transportation vehicle. g. No Contest Winner shall be allowed to use trip ground transportation vehicles other than as a passenger. h. The Trip must be taken from Friday, April 17 th through Monday, April 20 th. Trips not taken during and between these dates are subject to forfeiture without rescheduling; i. Lodging accommodations to include only room base rate, resort fee and applicable state & local taxes; j. The Dallas Renaissance Hotel is a Smoke Free Facility. No Smoking is allowed in Guest Rooms, Courtyards, Pool, Public Areas or Restaurants. k. There is a $250.00 cleaning charge for smoking in a non-smoking room; l. Trip Winner is responsible for a refundable $100.00 hotel deposit (cash or credit card) applicable to any hotel services desired other than those included in the trip (i.e. internet, telephone, in-room movies, room service, restaurant charges, etc). m. Trip participants are responsible for all of their meals, beverages and spending cash.

n. Airport Shuttle Buses will run from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM on Friday, April 17 th from Dallas Love Field (DAL) and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) to Dallas Renaissance Hotel; o. Airport Shuttle Buses will run from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM on Monday, April 20 th from Dallas Renaissance Hotel to Dallas Love Field (DAL) and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). p. Trip Participants arriving or departing before or after scheduled Shuttle Bus hours are responsible for the method and payment of their transportation to and/or from Dallas Renaissance Hotel. q. Shuttles to Dallas West End will run from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM and from 10:00 PM until 1:00 AM on Friday, April 17 th - from 10:00 PM until 1:00 AM on Saturday, April 18 th - from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM on Sunday, April 19 th and from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM on Monday, April 20 th. r. Shuttles to Forth Worth Stockyards will run from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM on Saturday, April 18 th and 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 19 th. s. Shuttles to ACM Party for a Cause will run from 11:00 AM until 12:30 AM on Friday, April 17 th and from 11:00 AM until 12:30 AM on Saturday, April 18 th. t. Shuttles to ACM Awards Show will depart Renaissance Hotel at 4:00 PM. Shuttles will return to Renaissance Hotel at approximately 10:30 to 11:00 PM. u. The Trip Check-In and Ticket Distribution Desk at Dallas Renaissance Hotel (Main Lobby) Hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Friday, April 17 th. v. The Trip Assistance & Hospitality Desk Hours at Dallas Renaissance Hotel (Main Lobby) are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM on Friday, April 17 th from 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM on Saturday, April 18 th from 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM on Sunday, April 19 th and from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday, April 20 th. w. Only the Primary Trip Winner may pick up the event ticket package and laminates & lanyards at the Trip Check-In Desk. Photo Identification must be presented. x. All ACM Awards tickets will be in the Upper Section of AT&T Stadium; y. All ACM Party for a Cause tickets are General Admission. z. Only the Trip Winner may register for the Dallas Renaissance Hotel room. Photo Identification must be presented. aa. Scheduled trip events are optional. Attendance at events is not mandatory. bb. Any trip participant choosing not to participate in scheduled events shall be solely responsible for securing of and payment for their own transportation, admission, and other fees and expenses at the unscheduled event of their choosing. cc. Once distributed, misplaced, lost or stolen tickets to any scheduled event cannot be replaced. NO EXCEPTIONS. dd. Event admission tickets, lodging accommodations, ground transportation and laminates & lanyards are not transferable.

ee. Each trip participant must possess two (2) valid forms of personal identification, including one (1) picture I.D. ff. Due to the many physical activities encompassed by trip events, winners must be in at least such general good health as to be able to participate in scheduled trip events. gg. During the course of the Trip, if any Event is canceled or postponed by any occurrence not occasioned by the conduct of Haas Entertainment or the Academy of Country Music, whether such occurrence be by act of God or the result of war, riot, sovereign conduct, or the act or conduct of any person or entity not party to the Trip, then Haas Entertainment and the Academy of Country Music shall be excused from any and all obligations pertaining to the canceled or postponed trip event. hh. This trip is rated G for General Audiences. Disorderly behavior and/or illegal conduct may result in revocation of trip winner and their guests hotel accommodations, airport shuttles, event tickets and participation in scheduled trip events. ii. Each Trip Participant must each execute a release & waiver forms in Section Five (5) of the Trip Winner Kit before commencing on the trip, releasing Haas Entertainment and The Academy of Country Music and their owners, employees, trip personnel, representatives, agents, directors, officers, successors and/or assigns from any and all claims or liability including but not limited to such liability arising from any acts or omissions resulting in injury to body or property of contest winners while they are participating in the Trip including while in transit to and from the Dallas Metroplex area. jj. Haas Entertainment must be in possession of completed Trip Winner and Guest s Forms from Section 5 of the Trip Winner Kit before Trip Winner can check into the trip and pick up their event ticket package. kk. By their participation in this promotion all Trip Participants automatically authorize Haas Entertainment, Sponsoring Radio Station and the Academy of Country Music's use and/or other exploitation, including promotional and/or commercial, of each and every Trip Participant's name, image, voice and/or likeness in audio, video, website, print and/or other media. ll. Trip Winner is responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes mm. IRS 1099 Forms are to be provided to trip winner by sponsoring station. nn. All shuttle, events, artists, dates, venues, times and ground package guidelines are subject to change. AIRFARE PACKAGE GUIDELINES a. Sponsoring Radio Station, Haas Entertainment or Primary Trip Winner will reserve, book and secure roundtrip coach class airline transportation for the Trip Winner and their Guest utilizing the Travel Stipend provided by Academy

of Country Music. This Stipend is to help DEFRAY Airfare Costs and is not a guarantee to cover all Airline Costs; b. FINAL Trip Winner AND Guest names must be provided to Haas Entertainment by Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 12:00 noon Central Standard Time; c. Trip Participants are responsible for transportation to and from the airport they will be flying out of and back in to and if applicable any airport parking fees; d. Trip Participants will be flown into and out of Dallas Love Field (DAL) and/or Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW); e. Dallas Love Field (DAL) is a Local Airport located in the city of Dallas and is approximately 6 miles from the Renaissance Hotel. Dallas Love Field is serviced by Southwest, Delta and United Airlines; f. Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is an International Airport located between Dallas and Fort Worth and is approximately 21 miles from the Renaissance Hotel. Dallas/Fort Worth International is serviced by Alaska, American, American Eagle, Delta, Frontier, Jet Blue, Spirit, Sun Country, United, US Air and Virgin America. DFW IS NOT serviced by Southwest Airlines. g. All airlines EXCEPT SOUTHWEST are now selling seats for Friday, April 17 th through Monday, April 20 th. Southwest seats are projected to go on sale on Monday, October 27 th. h. Trip Participants may be required to fly out of and back into the closest MAJOR market airport to the city of the their Sponsoring Station; i. Trip Participants airline tickets are booked on the open market. Roundtrip coach class airfare will include base fare, taxes, passenger facility charges and security fees; j. Trip Participants are responsible for any baggage charges. Most airlines now charge $25.00 to check one (1) piece of luggage and $35.00 for a second (2) bag EACH WAY; k. Flights into Dallas Love Field (DAL) and/or Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) will be ticketed for travel on Friday, April 17 th and will be scheduled to arrive between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM; l. Flights out of Dallas Love Field (DAL) and/or Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) will be ticketed for travel on Monday, April 20 th and will be scheduled to depart between the hours of 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM; m. Once Trip Participants airline tickets are purchased the passenger names can not be changed; n. Airline Tickets are not transferable; o. Trip Participants are required to fly on the same flights together. If any Trip Participant wishes to fly out of or back at a different time or date or from a different city, then the Trip Participant is responsible for any difference in airfare; p. Trip Participants may be required to fly on the flights that have been prereserved by and/or for their Sponsoring Station. If any Trip Participant wants a change in airlines, flight times and/or connecting city, then the Trip Participant

is responsible for any difference in airfare and (if applicable) itinerary change fees; q.
