AZYC 2017 FLIGHTS DETAILS AND COSTS Dear Shnat participant, FBI Travel hold group seats for a number of departures. You are invited to purchase the airfare from FBI Travel and if you want you can also take Travel Insurance for the year that you are away. The benefit of a group fare for IBC is that: 1. Group Space is secured on the outward flight and an option to book a return flight as needed. 2. The fare is based on a 3 month ticket but we offer a validity of up to 1 year away. 3. A deposit is needed to hold the seats. Individuals must register and pay a deposit to secure a seat. 4. Final deadline for deposits is 15 October 2016 5. Deposit amount to hold a seat is $200.00 6. Flexible returns can be offered but a fee may apply to date changes outside a group return flight 7. Balance is due 45 days prior to departure ( 14 December 2016) 8. First date change is free and all other date changes incur a fee of $220.00 9. Date changes are subject to class availability at the time of rebooking and collection of any applicable increases in fare or taxes. 10. You need to advise a return date by end of April / May 2017 as December January flights become full early. Fares are based LOWEST ECONOMY booking class with ELAL AND THAI. CHANGES & REBOOKING RETURN FLIGHTS The return is open dated. We request all passenger s to start advising return flights from 1 May 2017. The first date change is free. Seats in December and January are always very full so we advise early notification to secure seats as needed. Re-routing and or stopovers ON THE RETURN will incur a $66.00 - $220 change fee PLUS any additional collection of taxes and fare level. Extra changes Passengers making subsequent changes (after the first FREE DATE change) will be charged a $220.00 fee per person for any further date and routing changes, plus any additional fare charges and taxes. All return flights will be booked as per individual requests important to note that the EL AL fare will allow individual return travel via America or Europe but at a revised fare and subject to EL AL fare rules. Ticket is valid for 12 months from date of departure. All participants must be back in Australia by 29 January 2018. An email will be sent April May 2017 to remind all participants to start arranging return flights for after their individual programs finish. TRAVEL INSURANCE FBI Travel recommends that all AZYC 2017 participants take out travel insurance. FBI Travel has negotiated a special group rate for travel insurance with Aussie Travel Insurance on the Basic Super level. Cover offered is valid for Middle East, Europe and Asia only. (America is included subject to conditions). The normal one year Basic Super policy is valued at $1,190.00 plus excess waiver buy out. Our price to AZYC participants is 12 months cover = $900.00 per participant includes nil excess waiver # Pre-existing cover is available at an additional cost. # Extensions to the policy after 12 months would require a new policy. # These extra costs will be charged / collected from the client by FBI Travel as necessary No Insurance policies will be issued without full payment from the participant 3
PAYMENT METHODS Credit Card Online registration allows Credit Card details to be included. Deposit payment will be accessed immediately on registration. A Credit Card merchant fee on Visa/MasterCard will not be included for deposit payment only, however any payment by Amex service fee will incur transactions at 3.3%. All passengers must travel on group allocated flights from Australia to Israel Baggage limit 1pc @ 23kg plus hand luggage Seating is allocated by the airline as a group. Return is open dated. We suggest the return is booked as soon as passenger s know their plans in order to secure a seat as July August is peak holiday season. Passports and Visas Travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least six months validity from date of return. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and entry-permits which meet immigration requirements. Health 4
